The moment Leo realised her LET dreams 🏆 13 years ago Leonie was hit by a car at 45mph whilst on a run and was given a 1% chance to live. Today she won her maiden LET title 👏🏻 #AmundiGermanMasters by @leoharm
Long overdue @coachruep appreciation post 🤝🏼 Where every other trainer just saw lack of discipline, he dared to take a much closer look. His relentless effort to find scientifically backed solutions that actually help me fix & fall in love with my body is unmatched. Love & patience were key, but he also - Helped me work through my trauma - Healed my gut - Stabilized my hormonal fluctuations - Made my Cortisol levels drop - Got my metabolism to finally work - And reverse engineered my relationship with food This glow up was personal. Owed it to myself ✨ Not posting this (just) to brag. Hoping this rollercoaster journey might serve as example for the kings & queens out there, who feel like they’re working 5x as hard to not even see half the progress towards reaching their fitness and health goals. Your body is your home and the ROI is worth it once you find the correct, wholistic way to team up with your body, rather than fight against it all the time 🫶🏼 by @leoharm
Not sure if it counts as double post, bc I patiently waited 48h in between - but here’s a picture dump of how I finished off with a birdie on the hardest hole of the “most challenging links in the world“ to secure my spot in the top 10 & to punch my ticket for next year’s @aigwomensopen already 🐣⛳️🌍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥳 Fun fact: 2 years ago, my make % from 5ft (1.5m) was at 20% 😂🙃 #progress 📸: @tjsnapper #golf #deepsigh #major #AIGWomensOpen #birdie #putt #finishinstyle #Top10 #ticket #stampedandsent #letsgo #allthefeels #picturedump #doublepost by @leoharm
A lot of smiling and even more intense staring later - I finally signed 4 sub par tournament scorecards to my name again 🤝🏼 📈 To-siā 🇹🇼 see you next year 🥰 by @leoharm
Passed the hardest test on the @letgolf schedule 🇮🇳😮‍💨 Not quite with flying colors, but Cs get degrees - am I right? 😂 A lot happier w/ my golf than my scorecard might suggest & was living my best life off the course 🥰 📸: @midday13 & @neville.hopwood.images by @leoharm
Postcards from Vietnam 🇻🇳 📫 After some S(e)oul searching last week, I made the most of my free will, low impulse control & a cancelled flight detour in Asia once again 😍 PS: this almost turned into a non-golf feed post 😂 by @leoharm
Saturday was a good golf day - with good people - for a good cause ❤️ thanks for having me @kinderlachen_ev & and all the smiles you bring to children in need! Special thank you to my scramble partner @bernd4882 for carrying the team and genuinely being one of the most supportive humans I’ve ever met 🤗 by @leoharm
Wasn’t on the guest list for the 60s party hosted @thekclubgolf this week, but the @kpmgwomensopen will always be circled on my calendar! Thanks for all the love, Ireland 🇮🇪❤️ 📸: @markrunnacles 📹: @celinasattelkau & @mattsaulez by @leoharm
Gotta have a word with HR - my boss is giving me too many weekends off lately 🫠 I am HR. I am also my boss. 😂 (this is a joke, I am aware that problems don’t get much more privileged than that) Thanks @midday13 for carrying me & my bag through this hopefully temporary rough patch 🤗🤞🏼 Enjoyed being back @centurionclub for another @pifglobalseries event 💚 📸 : @pifglobalseries @_weare54 by @leoharm
Odds are a funny thing in golf 😮‍💨 by @leoharm
Happy 50th birthday @aigwomensopen 🥳🎂💙 Played my first ever major @royallythamgolf back in 2018 and nothing makes me prouder or happier than experiencing how far women’s golf has come since then 🤩 Thank you for taking the most incredible care of us all week 🥰🫶🏼 Unfortunately wasn’t able to maneuver well enough around the 170 bunkers out there on Friday, but can’t wait to try again sooner rather than later 😇 📸: @aigwomensopen by @leoharm
Loved being back on a major stage for the first time in 4 years 🤩 merci beaucoup @evianchamp 🩷 Obviously disappointed I fell short of getting to work the weekend, but missing the cut here used to be a lot less fun on my bag - so that’s on growth 📈 (swipe all the way through for the iconic throwback to my first @evianchamp appearance in 2021 😂 sorry again @doriwagner ) 📸: @markrunnacles & @alina.ruge by @leoharm
