This was pure adrenaline 💥 A few weeks ago we went to the Czech Republic to perform a stunt show at @grandhotelpupp - in the exact room were parts of 007 - Casino Royale were filmed 🎬 Probably one of the most beautiful and historic venues we performed at 🤩 #stunt #parkour #parkourlife #fighting #actionmovie #jamesbond #casinoroyale #freerun #grandhotel #athlete #hype #flipping #extremesports #backflip #bond #acrobatics #chase #martialarts #stuntreel #action #stunts #stuntteam by @leroy.pk

My first real hike so far … No hiking boots? ✅ First time using hiking poles? ✅ Blisters on fingers and feet? ✅✅ Absolutely destroyed? You bet 🫠💀 It all started fairly chill. Our first stop was #Storseterfossen – that epic waterfall you can actually walk behind. A short break in the mist, spirits still high, legs still functional. 💦😌 Little did we know… that was the last moment of peace. Not long after, the trail got brutally steep – and we entered #horsefly hell. Swarms of buzzing maniacs 🪰🪰🪰 chased us like we owed them rent. So now imagine: steep inclines, shaky legs, aching hands from the poles, and every few steps: WHACK💥 slapping another demonic drone off your neck. Peak multitasking with a casual pulse of 180bpm. Huge shoutout to @dennis__lifts 🐐 aka #MountainGoat for dragging me up there, and to his sister @niina.pa for completing this dysfunctional but determined dream team 💪💫 Roughly 4 hours, 1,500 meters of uphill suffering, and a few existential crises later, we made it to the most epic viewpoint of the hike: the peak of #Laushornet in #Geirangerfjørd in #norway Fully sweating, bitten and blissfully broken 😰🩸 Let’s not talk about our way down … 12/10 would suffer again. #VisitNorway #HikingNorway #GeirangerMagic #TrailAndError #SufferForTheView #NatureIsRuthless #WildernessWrecked #NoGearAllGuts #BlistersAndGlory #ScenicSuffering #RealTravelRealPain #AdventuresWithFriends #SendHelpAndSnacks #MountainMiseryClub #WorthTheBurn by @leroy.pk

So… for me Parkour became quite stoic lately🤔 What do you think you?
