There is no secret to it when you handle your business. So, I’m not just one thing because I’m many things to many people. This is just the version of me that you get to enjoy…#ALLIN26 #WalkOnWater #HandleYourBusiness by @let_9_out

The difference between blessings and stressing is often times REST. I am beginning to understand that rest is a REQUIREMENT for hard work not a reward. This is bigger than me 💙 #WalkOnWater #ALLIN26 #Diarse4x by @let_9_out

It’s ok to be the VILLAIN…

Sometimes doing what’s right will make you unpopular.

Setting standards makes you “too hard.”
Holding people accountable makes you “mean.”
Saying no makes you “difficult.”
Refusing to lower your standards makes you “the problem.”

Let them talk. You weren’t called to be liked by everybody. You were called to lead. Every great leader eventually has to make a decision:

Do I want to be liked… or do I want to be effective?

Because sometimes the person protecting the standard looks like the villain to the people who benefit from breaking it. So if standing on your principles makes you the villain…Wear the cape.

I’d rather be misunderstood today than compromise what I believe in just to make everybody comfortable.

It’s okay to be the villain.
Just make sure you’re the villain for the RIGHT reasons.

🗣️ JUST A COACH’S TRUTH.
