Healing isn’t linear, stay focused 🥹✨

You reach for the door handle and suddenly hear, “DON’T touch that door Woman! 👏🏽🤣

I never knew being told not to open my own door could feel this cute. The little things really do say a lot. 💛✨

Some of us are carrying things we don’t talk about, yet we’re still finding reasons to smile, love, laugh, and thank God. 🥹

And that’s growth. That’s grace. That’s choosing JOY even when life isn’t perfect. 🌷

Can we normalize being grateful for life while still figuring it out?

💬 What’s one thing this season of your life has taught you? I’d love to hear it.

🫶🏽 Save this for the days you need reminding, and share it with someone who needs a little encouragement today.

I walked down a path of roses and into one of the most beautiful birthdays I’ve ever had. 🥹🌹🙌🏽

The details were thoughtful, the love was intentional, and every moment reminded me how blessed I am. Thank you to everyone who celebrated me, called, texted, prayed, and showed me love.

And to my man… thank you for making me feel cherished, appreciated, and deeply loved. You gave me a birthday I’ll never forget. 🫂💫

Chapter 40 feels full of gratitude, growth, answered prayers, and the kind of love that feels safe.

Here’s to a new decade. 🥂✨💃🏽

No matter where I am or what’s standing between us, I know my man is finding a way to get to me. 🤏🏽😌

That kind of love hits different. It’s not just the “I love you” texts…it’s knowing that when it really matters, he’s showing up. No hesitation❗️No excuses❗️Just “I got you, babe.”

And honestly… there’s something ridiculously attractive about knowing your man is always in your corner. 🥹🫶🏽

Everything feels calm when he takes my hand. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

The noise fades.
The overthinking quiets down.
The pressure to carry everything by myself disappears.

With the right man, femininity doesn’t feel forced—it feels safe. 🔒💝

And in that safety, I get to soften.
I get to rest.
I get to be fully myself.

That’s my favorite part of us. ✨

What’s one thing your person does that instantly brings you peace? ⬇️💬

Love isn’t measured by how often it’s spoken—it’s revealed in how it’s protected. 🌹🔐

Real love takes responsibility. It values trust, guards peace, and handles someone’s heart with care. Because when something truly matters to you, you don’t become careless with it.

Pay attention to the consistency, consideration, and effort—not just the words. 😌

You know what’s crazy? 🤔

People will have you thinking real love doesn’t exist anymore.

But it does. 🙌🏽

It’s in the good morning texts.
The random check-ins.
The laughter over absolutely nothing.
The way someone learns your heart and handles it with care.

It’s having your best friend and your person all wrapped into one.

No games.
No pretending.
No wondering where you stand.

Just two people choosing each other, showing up for each other, and building something that’s meant to last.

And honestly? That’s the kind of love I hope everyone gets to experience at least once. ❤️✨

If you’ve found your person, hug them a little tighter today.

Papí ☺️ your heart, your character, the way you show up, the way you make me feel safe, seen & cared for is a prayer fulfilled 🪄

Thank you for being the kind of man who makes love feel less like a risk and more like a home 🫂

If I could make one promise, it would be this: I’ll keep choosing us the same way you keep choosing me. ♥️

The older I get, the more I realize growth isn’t just about what you gain—it’s about what you’re willing to leave behind.

Becoming the best version of yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes. Goodbyes to old habits, old mindsets, old relationships, and sometimes even the version of you that felt comfortable.

Don’t be afraid to start over. The next chapter of your life may be better than anything you’ve had to leave behind. Real growth happens when you stop repeating the lessons life keeps trying to teach you and finally choose a different path.

And don’t underestimate the power of a single moment ☝🏽Protect your peace. Protect your future.

Your next level will require new choices, new boundaries, and a new mindset 🧘🏽‍♀️
