Goodness, where do I start? TL;DR: THIS.NIGHT.WAS.FXCKING.EPIC!!

Thank you so much to everyone who showed up to drive/drift on the track I put down, and also to those who helped finish up the track with drift props and set in all the tape lines~

This is my 3rd track that I've set-up and put down!! Lots of nice flowey curves, a manji spot into a backie area, and all kinds of increasing and decreasing radius corners to test your set-up tunes and throttle control~

I may have went a bit extra and put a bit too much effort on deep sweeping the track tonight, then damp dust mopping the bare track surface with a light amount of Mop n' Glo, but the surface was pretty damn clean, no metal flakes in our tires, and the tire wear was a bit less and more even than usual. The track surface should grip up soon within the next couple of sessions, but it's nice being on a new clean slate of polished concrete surface again~

Lessons learned tonight, but I hope to be able to put down some more tracks or drive on @lets_drift_rc tracks before I head back overseas to my old job!! I really love the drift community that is starting to make a come back here in WA Region!! Unfortunately, I will not be able to make a full SDC run this 2026 year, but I'll join as many competitions as I can to keep our region competitive and help others qualify for SDC Worlds 2026~

It's great to see everyone post up lap after lap, shred tires, bang/slide into others' doors, and throw some wild fxcking backies/reverse-entries tonight!! It's also great seeingeveryone help out others get their drift set-ups back up and running and giving advice~

Again I really appreciate everyone who let me try out their different chassis, set-ups, and cars!! It's also been a pleasure to let others drive my ⚡️Shibata GRK5-R⚡️ & get feedback and constructive criticisms to make my chassis set-up/tunes even better and also help hone my driving/drifting skillsets as well~

Lastly, HUGE Shoutout & Big Thanks to Guy for lending me these opportunities to make R/C drift tracks and learn how to set them up and what it takes to make them great for the local R/C drift community~

Pics of the 1/10 car show at the import expo event. So many beautiful cars! It was nice to have so many cars in a row. It was near the end of the show so a handful op people had already taken off but here’s the crew that stuck it out till the end!

Had a 10 min hot lap backie comp during the session! Was so fun ! I’ll have to do this again soon! Thanks everyone for participating! Had to review the video 3 or so times to make a decision on winners. We had a 1st place and runner up winner!
