Lettuce Talk

We understand that some guests may have concerns regarding recent reports of Cyclospora illnesses linked to certain lettuce products.

The lettuce associated with these reports has been identified as mainly from pre-cut lettuce sourced from Taylor Farms de Mexico. Much of the affected product has already been recalled. At this time, whole uncut lettuce has not been implicated or recalled.

Let’s Sushi sources its un-cut whole lettuce through US Foods from Cross Valley Farms in California, USA. We do not source our lettuce from Mexico. Our supplier works closely with us and provides advance notification of any food safety concerns or recalls, allowing us to take immediate action whenever necessary.

If any guest remains concerned, we are happy to accommodate their preference. We recommend avoiding menu items that contain lettuce, including rolls with lettuce and our house salad.

The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. If you have any additional questions, please ask to speak with a manager and we will be happy to assist. For more information please check the CDC and FDA websites and avoid social media news. by @lets_sushi_

We were invited to dine at Let’s Sushi in Wexford right outside of Pittsburgh ✨. The menu is packed with delicious speciality rolls, hibachi, noodles, and sashimi. 🍣 Our wonderful server Mia was so helpful in explaining the menu, the portion sizes and offering recommendations! We tried as much as we could manage, but did leave with a few favorites! The number one favorite was the Tiger Roll followed closely by the salmon wrapped mango. Every was incredibly fresh and comes out quickly which is key for an A.Y.C.E. Highly recommend going with a group so you can try more of their menu! #foodie #foodphotographer #pittsburgh #sushi by @lets_sushi_

We were recently invited to try @lets_sushi_ and it was absolute fire!🔥

They offer a unique All-You-Can-Eat experience, but it’s not a buffet. Instead, you order fresh from a massive menu, and everything is made-to-order and brought straight to your table. (They also have an a la carte menu if AYCE isn't your thing!)

The food quality here is truly top-notch, making it some of the best sushi around. The absolute show-stealers were:

🍣The Little Tokyo Roll
🍣The Jersey Shore Roll
🍣The Dynamite Roll

To wash it down, we loved the Passion Mimosa—a delicious mix of passionfruit, prosecco, and orange juice. 🥂

Major bonus: My husband has a shellfish allergy, and they had a ton of safe, amazing options for him! Excellent food, great variety, and fantastic quality. We’ll definitely be back!
