POSTS STORIES REELS

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at the Business Rally, sharing how real estate professionals can use AI and better systems to strengthen follow-up, create capacity, and keep relationships at the center of their businesses.

The room included Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings, Senator Bracey, Orange County Commissioners Rose & Burns along with so many other powerhouse business professionals. As a collective, we are working to address housing affordability while serving our communities.

Being part of that conversation expanded my perspective on what is possible and deepened my sense of responsibility for what I’m building.

My work has always connected back to people: helping families navigate homeownership & financial literacy, while helping professionals & organizations create workflows and solutions to serve more effectively.

I left grateful, stretched, and ready to keep building relationships that lead to meaningful work

Thank you to the organizers for the invitation and to everyone who shared a conversation, a question, or encouragement.

If your business is exploring AI education, stronger workflows, or ways to better support the people you serve, stay tuned! by @letstalkapprovals

Most real estate professionals do not need more leads.

They need a better system for following up with the leads they already have.

After generating $12.4 million in mortgage origination volume, one lesson became very clear to me:

Opportunities are often lost in the gaps.

The delayed response.

The forgotten follow-up.

The open-house contact who never made it into the CRM.

The past client who hasn’t heard from anyone in months.

These are not always sales problems. Many times, they are workflow problems.

That is where an AI Digital Employee can help.

An AI Digital Employee is not a robot replacing the real estate professional. It is a supervised digital assistant with a defined job, approved information, clear instructions, and a human owner.

It can help:

• Respond to new inquiries
• Ask approved qualifying questions
• Schedule appointments
• Update the CRM
• Nurture leads consistently
• Alert the agent when human attention is needed

The agent remains responsible for relationships, advice, negotiation, contracts, and final decisions.

On October 15, I’ll be presenting “AI Employees for Real Estate” at the NAREB Business Rally.

I’ll show real estate professionals how to think beyond purchasing another AI tool and begin designing a digital team member around the work that is already falling through the cracks.

This is part of what we’re building through The Skill Collective: practical AI systems that help people work more effectively while keeping human judgment at the center.

If you could delegate one repetitive part of your lead-follow-up process to an AI Digital Employee, what would it be? by @letstalkapprovals

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast at a private meetup with the Breakfast for Champions mastermind group. This was a great way to connect, listen and share real business strategies with other like minded entrepreneurs on an intimate level. Shoutout to my friend Reneka for connecting me in these spaces and to Mike, Annette & Monica for creating a space for real estate professionals to be vulnerable, share value and connect on an authentic level. These spaces are so impactful & needed.

After breakfast I had the opportunity to teach Realpreneurs (Realestate Professionals) about how to leverage AI in their business for video- content creation. We discussed personal brands, how to research in a matter of minutes instead of hours & which tools and strategies are the best to use for the best output. They were amazed at what is possible in the world of AI. They were able to come up with some pretty dope graphics that they can now use in their business.

These new skills will now help them cut some marketing cost and save time since they can now create some new things on their own. One of our realtors learned how to make a branded open house flyer with her picture on it in a matter of minutes. She was so impressed with herself 😊.

If you aren’t in the rooms learning AI, then you are surly missing out. We have 2 more classes left in the month of October that will complete our 4- part AI series.

What are you interested in learning about AI?

The Third class is on
Wednesday, October 15th, 2025 from 11-1pm

I will be teaching
- AI for Lead Generation: Attract, Nurture & Convert

- AI for Real Estate Funnels: Turn Views Into Closings

Today is my birthday… and let me tell you. I woke up this morning full of gratitude.

Not for things… but for life. For MY FAITH, MY HEALTH & MY LOVE! These three things alone make me feel like the richest woman in the world.

This season of my life feels different. I’m not moving just to move, instead I’m moving with intention and purpose. And as a gift to myself, I’m relaunching something that’s been on my heart for a minute.

✨ My podcast is officially BACK. 🎙️💥

This isn’t just a relaunch, it’s a rebirth. A recommitment. A declaration that I’m walking boldly in the calling God gave me. No more second guessing. No more shrinking. Just purpose, faith, and strategy one episode at a time.

So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME🎉🎉✨✨
If you’re reading this, thank you. Thank you for the birthday love and for being a part of my journey, rocking with me through the pauses, pivots, and prayers.

This next chapter? It’s personal. It’s spiritual. And it’s just the beginning.

Stay tuned. We’re building something powerful.😉 by @letstalkapprovals

Are you using AI tools like ChatGPT in your business?

You’re not alone… but here’s the truth

3 Hidden Risks of Using AI Without Understanding Ethics:

❌ Misinformation: AI tools may serve outdated or inaccurate data to your clients.

Love, laughter & friendship the night before my big day.
My bridal shower was more than I could have ever asked for. My girlsss showed up, showed love, and surrounded me with joy on my last night as a single woman.

It wasn’t just about the decorations or the gifts—it was the prayers, the laughs, the memories, and the quiet reminders that I am deeply loved and supported.

To every woman waiting for her moment: don’t stop believing in real love, in God’s timing, and in the kind of friendships that celebrate you every step of the way.
This was a night I’ll never forget—and a reminder that when love finds you, it brings everything else with it.

Here’s to the next chapter.

On Friday I had the pleasure to fill in for @letstalkapprovals in the closing of her clients loan. Jaylan turned 23 the day before closing on his home. What a wonderful accomplishment at such a young age. We also assisted in providing Orange county Down Payment Assistance allowing him to buy his rate down to 5.75%. Thanks for the partnership @drssmithrealtor by @letstalkapprovals

If you are looking for Animals, rides & good food than Seaworld is the spot.

Amusement park food is usually the worst🤢. I worked in one of the parks at Disney World so I can validate this. However, after dining in at the Sharks Underwater Grill my experience has changed. I was also able to enjoy an amazing funnel cake from another shop located in the park.

This is a summer go to for the family if you haven’t been in a while.

Seaworld doesn’t owe us anything. We throughly enjoyed our time this weekend with a trip to this Amusement Park.
