POSTS STORIES REELS

This is me. My facial expression on the first picture is definitely not post worthy but it’s actually how I felt. Frustrated, irritable, heavy ….. but I kept going. This post will show up again bc I have to give a shout out to several people. It wasn’t just 1. First to my divine Father bc He is the one who makes it all happen. Looking closely I may need pose training but this is real. For over a year and a half I have been blessed with a community of like minded people showing up for their physical selves, to improve their strength, and wellbeing and our coach has been there every step of the way. Wouldn’t trade @levelupmobilegym with coach @daniel_prol for anything in the world. His care for us is relentless. His heart is directed thru prayer. Here is where I have made a chunk of my changes. Here is where I am able to b a BUELA to my little ones where we run in the park or go down a slide or play horsey on my back. I want to be able to do these things with their kids too someday. My favorite is the last pic. Never imagined I’d get my back in check too. Grateful ……. My next shout out will be to @livewellwithlorna Down over 20 pounds, lifting more, energy in check, mode in check, hot flashes gone, irritability in check, sleep great and the list goes on. I am ready to continue serving at home my first ministry, our kids and grands, family, friends, & ministries. God lead the way. by @levelupmobilegym

This is so much more than a physical transformation. It’s a mindset transformation.

The girl on the left was struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, and trying to find her way out of a difficult place mentally. In 2018, I decided it was time to start choosing myself. I wanted to feel better, get stronger, and become a healthier version of me.

Just when I started finding my rhythm, life threw me another curveball. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I was frustrated, discouraged, and honestly wanted to give up. But with God by my side and the love and support of my husband, my two amazing children, and my family, I found the strength to keep going.

I’m also incredibly grateful for The Level Up Community and my trainer, Danny, for pushing me, encouraging me, and helping me continue to grow stronger.

Now, at 41, after years of consistency and even having excess skin removed around my abdomen, I can honestly say this journey has never been about a number on a scale or how my body looks. It’s about my mindset, my health, my mental well-being, and refusing to give up on myself.

I’ve been on this journey since 2018, and I’m still learning, growing, and getting stronger.

My message is simple: Start small. Move your body. Make better choices when you can. Give yourself grace. You don’t have to be perfect, and it won’t happen overnight.

If you’re struggling, don’t give up on yourself. You are worth the effort. Your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Just keep showing up.

All glory to God for carrying me through the moments I thought I couldn’t handle.

Here’s to being stronger, healthier, and happier from the inside out.

💪🏻 🌟

I came across a picture of myself from 10 years ago today.
And it stopped me—not because of how I looked, but because of how I felt remembering that version of me.

This is your reminder that age is not the deciding factor in changing your body or your life.
Time doesn’t disqualify you.
Your past doesn’t disqualify you.
Your “I’ve tried before” doesn’t disqualify you.

The real shift happens when you find your why—
the thing that makes you want to live differently,
the thing that makes healing feel necessary instead of optional.

For me, it wasn’t about weight.
It was about choosing health over survival,
peace over chaos,
strength over staying stuck in old patterns.

Growth doesn’t have a deadline.
Healing doesn’t care how old you are.
And it is never too late to become someone who feels at home in their body and their life.

Find what motivates you.
Honor it.
And let it change everything. 💪✨

Hope everybody took the time to vote yesterday. 🗳️

If you did, I hope you voted for these things too. Swipe through:

1. A mandatory workout break for everyone, every day
2. No more demonizing calories
3. Nutrition courses for everyone
4. Gains
5. A community that keeps you accountable

That’s my platform. 😄

Which one gets your vote? Tell me in the comments — and send this to someone who needs to hear it.

Entrepreneurship. Everybody wants it… until they realize what it really takes.

When business is slow, nothing else slows down.

The bills don’t stop.
The responsibilities don’t stop.
The grind doesn’t stop.
And the sleepless nights don’t get any easier.

For some, entrepreneurship is a way to make money. For others, it’s a calling.

For me, this is my calling. I was called to serve.

Some days are rewarding. Other days will test everything you’ve got. But that’s part of the journey. The challenges, the sacrifices, the uncertainty… they’re all part of building something you believe in.

Through the good, we grind.
Through the bad, we grind.
Through the great, we grind.

And a BIG shoutout to my people who continue to put in the work! 💪

Through the rain, the brutal Miami heat, and the intense humidity, we still manage to lift heavier, push harder, and challenge ourselves to get better.

That’s what makes this community special. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about making progress, pushing each other, and getting a little better every day.

We’re all just trying to LEVEL UP.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🖤💪

😴 HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING? 💤

Your workouts might be doing more for you than just building muscle! 💪

📚 THE SCIENCE BACKS IT UP!

A 2025 meta-analysis of 86 clinical trials involving over 7,000 participants found that regular exercise, including strength training, can significantly improve sleep quality.

🏋️ Some potential benefits include:

💤 Better sleep quality

⏰ Falling asleep faster

🌙 Less tossing and turning

🧠 Reduced stress and anxiety

⚡ Better recovery and more energy

And here’s the best part: You don’t have to train every single day to experience the benefits. Consistency matters more than perfection!

Remember, progress isn’t just about what happens during your workout. Recovery is part of the process, too.

👇 LET’S HEAR IT!

Do you notice that you sleep better on days you train? Or does it make no difference?

The side of being an in person trainer and being a small business owner. You train when you can when your body holds up. You spend all day filling others people’s cups that you try to fill yours. You train at the weirdest hours mid day or between sessions. To all those hustling out there. Hammer on by @levelupmobilegym

Happy Saturday to this amazing weather and to you!! 🍂💪🏼🙌🏼☀️ by @levelupmobilegym

Just admiring the growth over the past two months. 🤍 Consistency, discipline, and trusting the process really do make a difference.

Thank You, Jesus, for the strength to keep showing up and for the people You place along the way. 🙏🏼💐

I’ve been going to the gym for years and have tried many different programs, but @Levelupmobilegym has truly become home. Not just because of the training and the progress I’m seeing, but because of the beautiful people I’ve met and the genuine friendships I’ve built along the way. I couldn’t do this without this community, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. 🤍💪🏼 by @levelupmobilegym
