EP 07/07: THE FINAL REVEAL And just like that, she’s back to her former glory! Seven weeks of dust, demolition, construction and countless decisions have led to this moment. What was once a rundown Sea Point apartment has been transformed into something we’re incredibly proud of. A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌 big shout out to @reno_connection Thinking of renovating? @leviclarkedesign offers architectural and interior design services, from concept to completion. Get in touch if you have a project in mind!? I’m just trying to create something cool! by @leviclarkedesign
EP 06/07: SNAGS & IMPROVEMENTS The devil is in the details! Week 6 is all about ticking off the final snag list, refining the details and making those last improvements that bring everything together. Six weeks of hard work, and she’s almost ready to shine! Next up? The big reveal. 👀 Stay tuned! by @leviclarkedesign
EP 05/07: FINISHES It’s all in the details! Week 5 is where the hard work starts paying off. The final finishes are going in, the joinery is coming together, and those little design details are bringing some serious character back into this space. From a rundown space to something pretty special, she’s almost ready for her big reveal. One episode to go. You won’t want to miss the before and after. 👀 by @leviclarkedesign
EP 04/07: PROGRESS Slowly but surely, she’s coming back to life. Week 4 is all about progress. Walls are being completed, joinery is being installed, and the finer details are starting to take focus. Still plenty to do, but we’re getting close. 👀 Two episodes to go. The transformation is coming. by @leviclarkedesign
EP 03/07: CONSTRUCTION Out with the old, now in with the new. Week 3 is where the vision finally starts taking shape. Spaces being redefined and the apartment slowly starting to feel like the home we imagined from day one. After all the dust and demolition, it’s pretty satisfying watching her come back together. We’re officially halfway through the series, and the best part is still to come. 👀 Follow along for the transformation. by @leviclarkedesign
EP 02/07: Demolition Before you can build something beautiful, you have to tear everything apart. Week 2 of our apartment flip was all about demolition. Stripping back years of old moulding finishes, ripping out what wasn’t working and finally getting a proper look at the bones of the apartment. A little dust, a lot of rubble, and one step closer to bringing her back to her former glory. Now the real transformation begins. Follow along. Week 3 is next! by @leviclarkedesign
EP 01/07: show and tell We bought a rundown apartment in Sea Point… now we’re bringing her back to life. Welcome to Episode 1 of our 7 part apartment flip series. Myself and @zac___clarke saw the potential in this charming little apartment and decided to jump on it. She needed a lot of love, a clear vision and some serious TLC. Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll be taking you through the entire transformation, from what we bought to the decisions, challenges and design process along the way. Follow along to see how we turn this forgotten space into something worth remembering. I’m just trying to create something cool! by @leviclarkedesign

OFF CUTS // Last week at @the_collab_studio_ct launch I debuted my latest collection “off cuts” These funky looking pieces were just off cuts from my normal pieces. Fascinated by the shapes, I thought of a way to make candle holders instead of heading to the dump. Stoked 🕯️ by @leviclarkedesign
