My goal is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals with strategy, creativity, transparency, and high-touch care. I am thrilled to be recognized by @realtrendsinc for these efforts!

In truth, rankings mean less to me than connection: friends who refer me, clients who come back to me, colleagues who respect me.
Relationships over deal volume.

In the end, I am most grateful to all of my clients for trusting me with their homes and their futures. I never take that trust for granted.

Another fun thing about living in suburbs?

I tend to actually know some of the local candidates for office!!

Made me happy to vote for my client and friend @andrewregenstreich for Mamaroneck town council!! Awesome neighbor, dad, and human! Go Andrew! 🗳️🗳️ by @lexibrine

Is COMMUTE your number one priority for your suburban home search in Westchester? 🚊🚊

It was for me, too.
Easy access to work, family, the airport, and all NYC has to offer is part of the beauty of Westchester living. Here are a few towns to consider (without budget or other considerations) if train time takes top billing.

All have rush hour express trains for ~35 minutes or less!

🚊 Bronxville
🚊 Scarsdale
🚊 Larchmont

Why are people obsessed with New Rochelle?

If you want big city energy with a small town neighborhood feel, New Rochelle might be the right fit.

It sits on the Long Island Sound, right next to Larchmont and Mamaroneck, with an express train to Grand Central in about 35 to 38 minutes.

What surprises people most is the range. Downtown feels urban. Head north to Wykagyl, Larchmont Woods or Wilmot Woods and it feels classic suburban. Go south to Premium Point and Davenport Neck and you are right on the water.

You also get lots of green space and beaches like Glen Island Park, plus one of the bigger school districts in Westchester, with about 9,800 students.

The numbers (single-family homes, New Rochelle school district, first 9 months of 2026 vs. 2025):
Median price: $1.2M, up 14%
Homes sold: 209, down from 237

New Rochelle has so many neighborhoods, I couldn’t fit them all in one video.

Why are people obsessed with living in Bronxville, NY?

Bronxville is one square mile in lower Westchester with about a 30 minute express train to Grand Central. The entire school district sits in one K through 12 building, which gives it a small town feel.

The village center is the other big draw. You can walk from high end restaurants to local coffee shops, home goods stores, and everyday errands without getting in the car.

The median sale price for single family homes in Bronxville was over $2.5 million from January 1 to September 30, 2026 (OneKey MLS). That number doesn’t capture the off market sales, which are a meaningful share of what trades here, so the true number is likely higher.

Wanna hear about another small school district in Westchester? If you want green space, hiking trails and bigger backyards, this one is for you.

Briarcliff Manor is a small town with a small town feel. The Briarcliff Manor school district has about 1,300 students, K through 12, across just three schools. There’s lots of open space, larger properties and more privacy, plus easy access to the Old Croton Aqueduct trail. For commuters, the Scarborough train station is about a 45 minute express ride to Grand Central.

Over the first 9 months of 2026, the median price for single-family homes in the Briarcliff Manor school district was $1,587,500, up more than 15% from the same period in 2025.

Have you ever been to Briarcliff? Tell me in the comments.

And if you want to learn more about Briarcliff or any of Westchester’s other smaller school districts, follow along for more or book a call through the link in my bio.
