From Slammers to the pros. ⚽️📈 We had the opportunity to welcome Slammers alumni @maxreixn and @reidfisher10 out to LG Athletic Performance to spend time with the next generation of athletes. Max and Reid shared their experiences, answered questions, and gave our athletes a firsthand look at what it takes to continue progressing from youth soccer to the professional level. For these young players, being able to learn from two guys who were once in their shoes is what it’s all about. 💯 Huge thank you to Max and Reid for taking the time to come out, give back, and inspire the next generation. 🤝 The pathway is real. Keep working. #LimitlessGrowth #SlammersFC #PlayerDevelopment #Professional #NextGeneration by @lg_athletic_performance

🗣️ ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT ⚡️ “Training with LG Athletic Performance has helped me grow both on and off the field. The coaches have become more than just trainers and have been a great support system beyond my performance as a player. Training with LG has really helped me develop better training habits and become more intentional with how I approach improving my game. Throughout the summer, every session was tailored to what would actually benefit me in game situations, which made the training feel purposeful. You can tell the coaches have a lot of experience as players themselves, and it really shows in the way they train and connect with their athletes.” -Natalie Oca Proud of the work she’s put in 💪 📲 DM us or tap the link in bio to start training. #LGAthleticPerformance #LimitlessGrowth #SpeedTraining #SoccerTraining by @lg_athletic_performance
Why we run wickets 👇 1️⃣ Stops overstriding: your foot lands under your hips, so you stop braking every step 2️⃣ Knee up, toe up: you hit the ground hard and pop off it fast 3️⃣ Builds rhythm: same stride every rep, so good form holds up at top speed Speed is a skill. We train it. ⚡️ 📍 Orange County, CA Groups & privates for all sports. 🗣️ ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT ⚡️ “The speed and strength sessions played a huge role in helping me prepare for college athletics. Not only did they help me become faster, stronger, and more explosive, but they also pushed me to develop a better work ethic and understand what it takes to compete at the next level. Every session challenged me to get better, and I could definitely see the results translate onto the field. Going into college, I felt more confident in my physical abilities and knew I was prepared for the demands of playing at a higher level. I’m super grateful for all the time and effort they put into helping me develop as an athlete.” -Jaylinn Mitchell Proud of the work he’s put in 💪 📲 DM us or tap the link in bio to start training. #LGAthleticPerformance #LimitlessGrowth #SpeedTraining #SoccerTraining by @lg_athletic_performance

🗣️ ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT ⚡ “LG Athletic Performance has helped me improve my speed and endurance both on and off the ball. Their training has given me more confidence on the field, especially when going 1v1, shooting, and tracking back to defend. I’ve been able to translate the speed I’ve developed in training directly into games, allowing me to recover quickly, create more space, and make quicker plays. Training with LG Athletic Performance has given me the confidence to step into the ACC and dominate.” -Jada Faison Proud of the work she’s put in 💪 📲 DM us or tap the link in bio to start training. #LGAthleticPerformance #LimitlessGrowth #SpeedTraining #SoccerTraining by @lg_athletic_performance
5 WEEKS. REAL RESULTS. 📈 We retested 114 Slammers ECNL & RL boys, from U-13 through U-19, five weeks after their baseline testing. Here’s what the numbers say: ⚡ 81% ran a faster 40, improving by 3.6% on average 🚀 87% jumped farther in the broad jump, improving by 6.9% on average ⚡ 71% got quicker over the first 10 yards, improving by 2.7% on average 🚀 63% raised their vertical, improving by 3.9% on average Why that matters: research on youth athletes shows test scores naturally move about 1–3% from one testing day to the next. A gain of 2% or more is real improvement, not just a good day. Our group averages cleared that bar on all four tests. 📊 The biggest individual gains: 💥 +15” on the broad jump 💥 +7.5” on the vertical 💥 1.05 seconds off the 40 Big thanks to the Slammers coaches for buying in, and to every athlete who showed up and put in the work. This is what Limitless Growth looks like. 🙌 The next round of testing is already on the calendar. 👀 📩 DM us to bring LG Athletic Performance to your team. by @lg_athletic_performance

Bounds uphill 🏔️⚡ One of our favorite drills for building speed that actually carries over to the game. Why? 🔹 Explosive power: every bound forces you to push hard off the ground 🔹 Longer stride: the hill makes you drive your knee and cover ground 🔹 Stronger hips + ankles: the engine behind every sprint and cut The hill doesn’t lie. If you’re not pushing, you’re not moving. Want to get faster this season? Book a session at the link in bio 📲 or comment ⚡️if you wanna get faster with LG Athletic Performance! 📍 Orange County, CA #LGAthleticPerformance #LimitlessGrowth #SpeedTraining #HillSprints by @lg_athletic_performance
