About Me. Part 1.
Professional part of life.

I have been lucky to grow in life through different venues in professional world. Coming from a small city in Siberia Tobolsk, I started from the bottom and up as a professional here in the USA. Every Job has given me a lot of knowledge about life, helped me with my English proficiency, and also taught me
about the American economy and business systems, and networking.
● Bartending/Serving
● Cleaning
● Banker
● Car sales
● Realtor in 2 states
● MLM businesses
● Accounting
● Retreats
● Offline Business Yoga and Dance Studio
● QA in tech
● Project management / Agile methodology

I had a lot of failures, Mistakes and also lots of Wins! Because of my working experience, I can
talk to any individual about almost anything. The variety of topics that I like and can talk about is
vast. I think this is what gives me an ease of connecting to people in conversations. Also this
helps me with coaching practice because I understand different sides of the story…
I think many immigrants can relate to me right now.

About me. Part 2.☀️ Spiritual Education and Qualifications 🐉

My spiritual awarenes started when I was 4…yes. I saw how people were very grumpy and I felt
so much joy inside of my soul that I wanted to awaken adults to that light inside of them.
I felt things and experienced things that others don't from an early age too, around 7. I felt auras, energy. Of course when I would talk to adults about some of those experiences, they looked at me as if I was crazy.

Then More traumas.

Around my puberty age 12-13 I started questioning churches, and the whole separation of religions.
The same Age I started hearing angels, and I prayed in my solitude. I saw so much cruelty and disconnected souls in
the world around me. I felt much older than I was in my body.

More Traumas…and more…hehehe

Pretty much fast forward to this moment, I can talk about many topics in the world of mental and spiritual work. I had to learn the hard way by Saving my own sanity, health, and life.
In order to save myself, I was always searching for answers, trying things.
I Started with learning Transcendental Meditation when I was 18. Experienced several Holotropic breathing sessions that became my first deep shamanic journeys.

I Received Reiki initiation over 15 years ago from a very committed to the practice spiritual
teacher.
Later Master Plants came into my life as teachers…So glad they did. Wise masters, God's helpers for mental and emotional health and realignment.
Then I got Certified in Health Coaching and became and ICF coach.
Psychology also came into my life when I was ready. It's such an essential part of growth. Which led me to getting a Diploma in associate degree in Psychology from European school online.
Breathwork education, More other coaching techniques…

$••>> You don’t wake up tired. You wake up split. Before 12PM, you’ve already fractured your identity eight times. 1. You check your phone before checking yourself. 2. You agree to something you resent. 3. You delay the message you fear. 4. You skip the promise you made last night. 5. You soften a boundary to stay liked. 6. You #scroll instead of decide. 7. You over-explain your #needs 8. You compare your pace to someone else’s. None of this looks dramatic. That’s why it’s lethal. Energy doesn’t collapse from one big failure. It erodes through quiet disloyalty. Your #nervous system tracks consistency. When your words and actions don’t match, it reduces output. Why fuel a divided system? By noon, you feel heavy. Foggy. Flat. Not because you worked hard. Because you negotiated with yourself too many times. You don’t need more #sleep You need fewer fractures. integrity is metabolic. ••> You say you’re exhausted because you slept 6 hours.
No. You’re exhausted because your life runs in background conflict.

1. You wake up tired even after “rest.”
Brain fog. Heavy chest. Zero fire.
Coffee doesn’t fix it. Vacations don’t fix it.
Because the leak isn’t physical. It’s structural.
Here’s the pain nobody names.

2. You start your day in reaction.
Before your feet touch the floor,
you’ve already checked who needs you.
Your nervous system becomes public property.
And then you wonder why you feel scattered as h*ll.

3. You carry silent obligations.
Unanswered messages. Half-decisions.
Promises you made to keep peace.
Each one is an open energetic tab.
Multiply that by 30. That’s your fatigue.

4. You delay the uncomfortable move.
That email. That boundary. That exit.
The body knows you’re avoiding.
Avoidance burns more energy than action.
Yes, more.

5. You consume insight without embodiment.
Books. Podcasts. Reels.
You know what to do — but don’t choose.
Unused clarity turns toxic.
That’s why “growth” sometimes feels heavy.

6. You monitor yourself constantly.
“Am I productive enough? Healing enough? Ahead enough?”
You turned your mind into a surveillance camera.
No organism thrives under constant inspection.

7. And the quiet killer: identity misalignment.
You’ve outgrown the room.
But you’re still acting small to stay accepted.
That split is f*cking expensive.
Two camps will fight over this.
One says, “That’s just adulthood.”
The other says, “That’s self-sabotage.”

••> Here’s the truth:
Energy returns when conflict ends.
Close one open loop today.
Renegotiate one silent contract.
Make one clean decision without overthinking.
Watch what happens to your body.
You don’t need more sleep.
You need fewer internal wars.

“Exhaustion is often unresolved truth.”

Sharing another video review from an online Energy session. The client lives in Russia. For energy to work we don’t need to be in person. We live in a quantum world. I call it Ocean of consciousness. Distance doesn’t matter for the results to take place

Sequoia forest. I love this place soooo much. God bless people who protect this land from commercial use.
Trip with girls was a short but eventful success.
We had so much random fun.

Including me catching a beach drum circle by an accident and asking to play a drum...

It was sooo cold up in the mountains! We had to put on every piece of available clothes on that we had in the car. But we had a blast...

2022.

Have you been to Sequoia magic forest?
