RISE UP — KBL Global Singing Competition 2026 🎤

No trophy this time, but so much growth to celebrate! 🥹❤️
This performance was another big step forward for Valerie. Her voice is becoming fuller, more mature, and more powerful. Her vocal techniques are improving, and we’re starting to see more confidence and expression on stage. ✨

“Rise Up” was definitely not an easy song to take on. From breath control, long sustained notes, to delivering the emotion behind every lyric — it challenged her in so many ways.

After practicing “Defying Gravity” with Kak @ronmisael , we had to switch songs just hours before the competition because it wasn’t in the POP genre. 🥹 “Rise Up” was literally a last-minute challenge, with only one night to prepare for such a technically demanding song. So proud of how Valerie pulled it off!

It’s not always about winning. Sometimes, the biggest victory is becoming better than you were yesterday. 🤍
Keep rising, keep learning, and keep shining, Valerie!

A little late post, but forever grateful. 🤍
A beautiful moment from HUT Keluarga Allah ke-37.

Pengalaman pelayanan yang dipersiapkan dalam waktu singkat, dengan segala keterbatasan dan tantangannya. But once again, God made a way. 🕊️

“Sebab tangan Tuhan yang kuat, tak pernah tinggalkanku sendiri.” 🤍
So grateful for every moment, every person, and every opportunity to serve Him.

Shalom everyone! My name is Valerie Charlotte Emmanuel, and I’m 8 years old! 🤍

I’m so happy to be part of SHINE Christian Singing Festival 2026! 🎤✨

Through this song, I want to share my love for Jesus and use the voice God has given me to worship Him and glorify His name.
May my little voice be a blessing to everyone who listens. ❤️

Not everything has to be about work, responsibilities, or being productive. 🤍 by @liaayuliana

Sharing Kindness, Sharing His Love. 🤍

A Friday well spent, sharing love and little blessings with the children at Sekolah Merah Putih, Cilincing.

So grateful to be part of this beautiful outreach with GKA Jakarta, and even more grateful that Valerie got to experience what it means to share God’s love through simple acts of kindness.

More than just giving, I hope she learns that even the smallest act of love can make a difference. Because loving others is one of the most beautiful ways we can reflect Christ’s love. ❤️

A special thank you to @ka.jakarta for this meaningful opportunity, and to @pisanggorengmadubunanik for generously sponsoring 100 pieces of pisang goreng & 100 nasi bakar to share with the children. Thank you also to @rumahmerah_putih for welcoming us so warmly!

“We love because He first loved us.”
— 1 John 4:19 ✝️
May we continue to be His hands and feet, sharing His love wherever we go. 🤍

Defying Gravity — Grand Final GAMA ICON 2026 🎤🖤

So grateful to God for blessing Valerie with this gift and helping us discover her passion for singing. ❤️
It’s been such a beautiful journey watching her grow, learn, and become more confident on stage. She’s still got so much to learn, but seeing her progress in such a short time makes us incredibly proud! 🥹✨

A big thank you to kak @ronmisael @ronmisaelstudios for guiding and coaching Valerie, especially with such limited preparation time. Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and for helping her discover what she’s capable of! ❤️

Keep learning, keep growing, and most importantly, never lose the joy of singing, Val! 🌟

All glory to God! 🙏🏻

🎶 Watch till the very end! Her final high notes are my favorite part — stronger, more powerful, and sustained longer, with her natural vibrato shining through! 🥹🔥

A little throwback to our school holiday in Anyer 🌊☀️
Our first family speedboat ride, and Noel was definitely the happiest one!
That nonstop smile says it all. He loved every second, refused to get off, and kept asking for one more round! 🤣❤️

Little adventures, big smiles, and sweet family memories to keep. 🚤

RISE UP ✨ | Grand Final GAMA ICON 2026 🎤

Still can't believe how far you've come, Val! 🥹❤️
Being the only 8yo finalist among so many talented older kids was already such a big achievement. Most of the other finalists were 10 years old, and just being on that stage was already a WIN for us! 🏆

And what makes this performance even more special? Only 5 DAYS to learn and prepare “Rise Up”!😭
Not an easy song at all, especially with those challenging high notes and vocal techniques, inspired by the incredible Morissette Amon's version.

Jujur, sepanjang Valerie nyanyi, mommy deg-degan banget setiap mau masuk high notes. Takut nggak sampai, takut fals, takut kehabisan napas. 😂

But she surprised me AGAIN! 🥹
Every high note? She reached it. ✅
Every lyric? She remembered it. ✅
The courage to sing such a challenging song on stage? She did it! ❤️‍🔥

Of course, there's still so much room to grow. Ekspresinya memang belum semaksimal biasanya, karena masih fokus banget sama lirik dan teknik lagu yang baru dipelajari dalam waktu sesingkat itu.

But that's okay, Val. Progress over perfection.🤍 keliatan banget kamu punya potensi di menyanyi

At just 8 years old, you took on a challenging song, stepped onto that big stage, and gave it your all. And that alone makes mommy incredibly proud!

A special thank you to kak @ronmisael , for guiding her. Especially for helping her prepare this challenging song in just 2 coaching sessions. Thank you for giving your best, believing in her, and helping her bring out her potential! ❤️

Above all, thank You, Jesus, for the talent, courage, and every opportunity You've given her. All by Your grace! 🙏🏻✨

Keep learning, keep growing, and KEEP RISING, our little star!
So proud of you, Valerie! ❤️

Late post, but this night was truly special. 🤍
*(BARU NGEH SUARANYA DIHILANGIN SAMA INSTAGRAM 😭😭 kenapa ya?? Apa copyright??? Sedih banget padahal bagus, yaudah deh kalian kira2 aja ya sendiri suaranya lol) 🙈

So much nostalgia! Hearing all those Hillsong songs we grew up with during our SMP & SMA days brought back so many memories. From Shout to the Lord, Who You Say I Am, and so many more… ✨

But the moment they sang ONE WAY, I couldn’t hold back my tears. 😭

More than just a nostalgic night, it was a beautiful reminder to come back to that first love. 🥹
But Jesus, You are still my first love now and forever ❤️ by @liaayuliana
