Gratitude for me is a state of grace, joy and tenderness.
The moments I get to see the ripples and waves on the lake.
The invitation to sit in the forest and have nature sing to me, play with me, remind me that I am in gratitude.
Gratitude is knowing that my moment is now, not yesterday and not tomorrow! 🙏🙏 by @lidiacaschera

Don’t judge the bread by its crust!😂

Two breads.

Same ingredients. Same recipe. Same process.
Completely different on the outside.

But cut them open, exactly the same.

We may look different, live differently, love differently, believe differently, yet, underneath it all, we’re made of the same stuff.

Pass the bread, drop the judgment! by @lidiacaschera

I know that stuck feeling.

I’ve learned to move through control and surrender by going deep into silent meditation.

Slowing everything down, heart beat slows, my nervous system begins to regulate and , It’s right here where I come back to my breath.

From that relaxed breath, the silence comes and I STOP forcing the answer.

It’s like magic, the message comes.
Not in the noise.
Not in the trying.
In the exhale.

REPOST this for someone who’s waiting to exhale. by @lidiacaschera

I wasn’t just carrying decades of heavy thoughts, suppressed emotions and unhealed trauma. I thought getting older just meant looking more tired.

I realized that my skin was simply keeping score of the stress I refused to put down.

My real “AGING IN REVERSE” journey started when I finally did the heavy inner work, it was DARK, it was SCARY and I just wanted to give up.

I processed decades of old trauma.
I released thoughts that no longer served me.
I shedded emotional weight I knew I wasn’t supposed to carry.

A cleared my mind = a calmed nervous system
My glow came back, that glow I felt deep inside.

I knew then, that I’m not alone!

REPOST if you believe letting go changes everything.
COMMENT if you have noticed your face and body changing as you let go of stuff.
