the lip product i’m always reaching for 🤍

i love a glossy lip, but i hate when it feels sticky or disappears after five minutes. this one keeps my lips hydrated, gives the prettiest natural shine, and somehow manages to feel like skincare and makeup all at once.

safe to say she’s staying in my purse. 💋✨

Current obsession: Cooking my rice in beef broth instead of water. That’s it. 🤍

It’s such a simple swap, but it adds so much flavor and makes healthy meals feel like something I actually want to eat.

Lunch today was 1/3 cup of beef broth rice with 3 jammy eggs, and it’s been one of those meals that keeps me full, gives me steady energy, and makes hitting my protein goals so much easier.

I’ve been realizing that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean making everything from scratch or following some crazy plan. Sometimes it’s just finding little upgrades that make you enjoy the food on your plate.

P.S. If you want my jammy egg recipe, send me a DM. I finally nailed the timing and I’m never going back. 🤭

Adulting is getting more excited over your wellness order than your Amazon order… and honestly, I’m okay with that. 🤭☁️

I said I’d put all the details here, so here’s what I picked up:

✨ Daily Core Complete – This is probably my favorite place to start because you can make it your own. You choose your EssentialMeal protein flavor and your two Fizz flavors, and it also comes with GreenSynergy Elixir® and CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea. I love that it’s a simple daily routine instead of trying to piece everything together yourself. You can even customize it further with optional wellness add-ons based on your goals.

🥭 Mango Peach Fizz – I had to grab this flavor because everyone raves about it! If you’ve followed me for a while, you know Fizz is what helped me finally kick my Red Bull habit. I still get the little energy boost I love, just without the crash.

💧 Sport Hydration (Cucumber Watermelon & Tropical Berry) – These have been my go-to this summer. They’re perfect after a workout, a day on the lake, or honestly just when plain water isn’t sounding very exciting. Staying hydrated is way easier when it tastes this good.

Little by little, I’m just trying to become the healthiest version of me—not by being perfect, but by finding habits I can actually stick with. 🤍

Also, a little reminder because July is flying by… If you’ve been thinking about trying Arbonne, now is seriously the best time. Through the end of July, becoming my Preferred Client is FREE with a qualifying purchase, which means you get a full year of Preferred Client perks without paying the usual sign-up fee. Even if all you want is a box of Greens or your first box of Fizz, it’s worth taking advantage of while it’s free. 🤍 If you’ve been curious, send me a message and I’d love to help you figure out what would fit your goals best!

No offense to the version of me that stayed in pajamas until noon… but she was not getting anything done. 😂

I’ve realized I feel my best when I actually take time to get ready in the morning. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy… cute outfit, skincare, my greens & fizz, and suddenly I’m in the mood to be productive.

Turns out showing up for yourself first thing in the morning really does change your whole day. Who would’ve thought? 🤍✨

Not me turning my living room into a mini Arbonne shop. 😛

Today’s launch party was officially a success! It was so fun getting to hang out, answer questions, let everyone try products, and share why I’ve been so excited about this whole journey. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported me!!!

If you’ve been watching my stories thinking, “Okay… but what should I actually try?” I’d honestly tell you to keep it simple.

⚡️ EnergyFizz if you want clean, feel-good energy without the afternoon crash.

🍋 GreenSynergy Greens if you’re looking for an easy way to get more greens into your day (and yes… they actually taste good).

Right now is honestly the best time to try them because Preferred Client is FREE with your purchase this month, which means you get all the discounts and perks without paying the usual membership fee.

If you’ve been curious, the link is in my bio! And if you’re not sure what fits your lifestyle or goals, send me a message. I genuinely love helping people figure out where to start. 🤍🌿

An evening that filled my cup in all the best ways. 🤍

Thank you, @so_phit14 for creating such a beautiful and prayerful space. Your heart for bringing women together is so evident, and it was such a gift to slow down, move our bodies, and be reminded of what really matters.

One of my favorite parts of this Arbonne journey has been the people it’s brought into my life. Wellness has become so much more than what I eat or drink, it’s about finding community, taking care of ourselves, and surrounding ourselves with women who encourage each other to grow.

Feeling so grateful for nights like this. ✝️🤍

Thank you so much @so_phit14 for having me out to partner for this beautiful SoulCore event!

An hour of intentional movement followed by a social hour filled with amazing community and clean @arbonne plant-powered treats was the perfect way to spend the evening.

Loved meeting every single one of you! Cheers to taking care of the bodies we’ve been given. 🥂🌱

Hot girl summer… but make it hydrated. 💚🌸

Still can’t believe my greens taste like a refresher.

#Arbonne #HealthyLiving #Wellness #SummerRefresh #DailyRitual by @life.bybecs

Wait… greens that taste like a refresher instead of lawn clippings? Yeah, I didn’t believe it either. 😝

I was fully expecting to have to choke this down, but somehow it tastes light, fruity, and actually good. Now it’s one of the first things I make every morning because getting my greens in has never been this easy.

Safe to say this one exceeded my expectations. 💚

I fear I’ve officially ruined regular coffee for myself… 🤍☕️

I’ve been adding Arbonne’s Vanilla Pea Protein to my coffee every morning, and I genuinely don’t think I can go back. It’s creamy, tastes like a vanilla latte, and keeps me full instead of having me searching for a snack an hour later.

Getting 20g of plant-based protein before I even finish my coffee has been such an easy way to start my day with better energy and actually feel satisfied. Plus… it just tastes SO good.

If protein coffee isn’t part of your morning routine yet, consider this your sign. ☁️
