I got you bby 😘💘

Thought I’d start a series where I share some of my faves with you! On this episode we’re talking body glow because I KNOW you got some short skirt, bare shoulder outfits screaming your name 😜!!! I have gone to countless events with people asking how I get the glow- so here’s a breakdown 💖🫧.

P.S forward to slide 2 + 7 + 10 + 13 for quick glow up options that look increeeeedible 🪩✨

The protein hack I swear by as a booked and busy girl that’s taking wellness seriously 🙂‍↕️💖🪽

I’ve been seeing the new high protein dairy range from Woolies all over my socials and as someone that’s BEEN a fan of their high protein milks, I can confirm these are a lifesaver 😍😱. When I’m traveling these are literally a staple in my fridge/laptop bag because they’re the perfect ‘add on’ to the protein load!

PLUS they’re lactose free which makes it waaaay more accessible to the broader SA 🙂‍↕️🇿🇦. I think they’re DELISH and so worth it! So if you’re a booked and busy gal that prioritises her protein and overall wellness - you already know that @woolworths_sa is the place to go 😘💐

Lemme know if you’ve got more recipes or hacks for these high protein dairy goodies 😍. I’d love to try them!

oh, to be loved and seen 🥹💘!
How blessed am I that people took time and effort and energy out of their usual routines to do something so special for me 😭?!? Seriously, I could never say ‘thank you’ enough for my gorgeous gorgeous girls, and love of my life for pulling this off 💖🥝.

Of course, my amazing friends who showed up to celebrate the occasion with me and @proudmary_sa for having us 💘! My heart is so full, it could burst!

DANKIE! I LOVE YOU 😘💖🪽

My fave type of outing 🤭⛰️🌊⛅️

Let me just say, NOTHING beats a coastal drive with views that extend through the sunroof 😍😭!!! Sightseeing a magical place in a incredible car = unmatched 🙂‍↕️

Respectfully, I’ll never be the same after visiting the new Poetry concept store in Nelson Mandela Square 😍! From fashion to homeware, it feels like stepping into a beautifully styled home 🥹💐. It’s such a cool experience and something I feel like every home, art, interior, unique-piece lover NEEDS to visit! Check it out and thank me later 😜 by @life.with.zee_

Boujee lunch dates are so back 😍!!

And for your next one, you’re booking at @theterrarium_restaurant 🍽️. I have said it once and I’ll say it again - booking through Restaurant Week is such a great way to explore the culinary scene of your city AND if you’re travelling for work or that wedding - chances are you can squeeze in a visit to one of your bucket list restaurants in the area 😜!

With set menus at set prices, fine dining has never been this convenient and accessible (for most) 💖! We’ve explored 80% of the restaurants in our home city this way, and cannot wait to explore more while we travel because this is up and running in Joburg, Pretoria, The Winelands, Stellenbosch, The Garden Route and more 😱😍

Just know, when you’re in Cape Town- Terrarium has our stamp of approval 🤭😜
