All the lovely painted memory art prints available IRL at @candor.candy. Each is a painted memory of various parts of Brooklyn, from Cobble Hill to Fort Greene, a corner or landscape filled with memory and meaning.

After leaving what felt like the most magical set from @mackkeane for SummerStage, I turned around as I left the park and saw the sunset light hit this building and had to stop to take a picture.

A lot of people talk about how art and music should make you feel something and it was just joy and peace for me. Being able to enjoy incredible live music, in the park, on a summer Friday with my friend @bellalyy… also for free? True cherry on top.

I knew I wanted to paint this piece to honor that moment and sure, I could have sat down and painted something in a few days or a week, but I had to sit with each step to let it unfurl. And here we are.

The previous piece where I sat down deeply, and intentionally, to create was likely 2024 so it feels so nice, almost freeing (?) to finally create something I’m so proud of. 💌🍒 by @liftandlost

Spotted in the shelves of @candor.candy 💌

I’m the luckiest girl to have her art prints right alongside some incredible brands at Candor Candy. These painted memory art prints capture the love, awe, and joy of our beautiful Brooklyn neighborhoods. Intentionally designed at 4x6” to be mailed and saved.

Tap for the lovely brands all available on Candor Candy’s shelves today at 664 Fulton in Brooklyn 💌

been challenging myself to paint more with the lens of practice. something original, something low pressure. it’s been so fun to try and capture what inspo might be but then let it all go when it lands on the paper. by @liftandlost

Can I come over and paint?

A few clips shot by @jmckibbxn of our lovely friends who said “yes” and free flowed. Painting doesn’t have to be a whole thing, sometimes it’s just showing up with the materials, seeing what comes to mind, and just doing it.

Probably one of my favorite pieces of late came from this session. 🌷

joy, surprise and gratitude. a few snaps from opening reception for A Woman’s Work: The Art Of Womanhood, at @saturnroadnyc curated by the one and only @colinwmillerart.

my art has only ever sat in my apartment, or mailed to friends. to have it displayed alongside such beautiful pieces by brilliant artists is something I never dreamed of. i’m grateful to see it in the wild, and to share it with my friends who have been a deep part of my creative journey.

a few shots from friends, group and film shots by @flickssbyg, and my absolute fave where I look like the happiest high schooler next to my crooked piece on opening weekend (I fixed it with better tape after!) captured by @bazaar_nyc, and a lil raw reflection from substack on how this all feels 🥰

The show is on view till Nov 13 at 276 Court St in Cobble Hill Brooklyn.

poppy on pink. acrylic on canvas paper. 4x6 and folded into a beautiful card that’s sized to be mailed / gifted.

been thinking about offering a few of my painted originals in a more accessible way. I personally love painting cards for friends and family. Paper is more forgiving and I love when it becomes a gift that keeps on giving.

the first of this set is up on Etsy 👀💌 and a few more will be available in upcoming markets. all are one of a kind because I do not for the life of me know how to mix color consistently enough but I almost love that even more!!!

Hello Brooklyn! So excited to share that four of liftandlost art prints are now available at the one and only @candor.candy IRL!

Candor Candy founded by Cat Cirino is an absolute neighborhood gem. From $1 donations for every follower across all socials even before she opened her doors on March 31 of this year to local nonprofits to highlighting amazing small businesses, and of course, offering everyone in the neighborhood a lil sweet treat in the most beautiful space ever(!), I’m so thrilled to be able to share my art to our wonderful local community.

Come on by, grab a lil sweet treat, and pick up an art print from my painted memories series of local spots in Brooklyn. 💌🫶💖

📍Candor Candy is located at 664 Fulton St Brooklyn in Fort Greene 🍬
