I never imagined starting a side hustle would lead to sitting next to @russellbrunson and @imangadzhi, two of the most successful names in the industry.

As they collaborate for the first time ever, they're teaming up to bring you the Side Hustle Summit, a free 5 day challenge showing you how to generate income passively, no capital, no experience required. Iman has helped people collectively generate over $54 million through his events, and Russell has created hundreds of millionaires with @clickfunnels. Just being around them I learned so much 🚀

My own journey is why I believe in this so much. I started my Airbnb arbitrage side hustle during my divorce, just hoping for extra income. A few weeks later I got laid off. That "side hustle" ended up saving my life, surpassing my tech salary 5x, and I never went back to a 9-5.

The Side Hustle Summit runs September 6-13. Comment "SUMMIT" below and I'll send you the link to join 🙌 by @liindakim

Who you get on board with dictates your destination ✈️ Some will delay you. Some will distract you. Some will reroute your entire life. You’ll spend more time backtracking than moving forward.

Get on board with the ones that are going to the same goal destination. Visionaries who make you dream bigger, are aligned, elevate you, expand your vision, and take you further than you could’ve ever gone alone. Same jet, higher altitude ✨

Fun day with the crew from Georgia to Florida last minute to scout hotels and real estate opportunities 🏢

They say you have a dream because the future version of you already has it. That desire isn't random, it's your future self pulling you forward to what's already yours. It's magnetic. You wouldn't crave it if it wasn't meant for you ✨

I remember years ago feeling like the hard times were for a purpose and that one day I'd share my story and help others. Even though I had no idea how, had never spoken publicly, was private on social media barely posting, and feeling stuck living in a loop. It was this vivid innate knowing. I didn't know where it came from but it was always there and gave me hope.

And now I know why. One day years later, in more ways than I ever imagined, it became reality. I found myself telling my story on stage.

Those desires, dreams, thoughts that revisit you? It's your future calling, move towards it because it's moving towards you. You just have to take the steps to meet it there✨

One of my favorite experiences so far, thank you for the honor of sharing my story at the Atlanta real estate conference 🙏 by @liindakim

You don’t have to be the first to do something. You just have to do it differently to stand out.

@realjamesdumoulin of @theschoolofhardknockz has interviewed dozens of billionaires, built an audience of over 22 million, and created one of the most recognizable brands in content. What's interesting is the mindset behind it.

He didn’t invent street interviews, it's been around for decades. He found a way to stand out in a crowded space. He faced rejection, kept showing up, and stayed consistent long before the results showed.

It reminds me of the Airbnb space. People have been calling it saturated for years. If I listened to that noise, I would've missed out on something that changed my entire life and gave me the time and financial freedom I never thought was possible. You have to find a way to differentiate yourself, operate at a higher level, and keep going.

He shared he doesn’t spend much time celebrating his wins. He’s already focused on what’s next. Comfort kills momentum. Appreciate how far you’ve come, but never lose hunger for what’s ahead.

It was great chatting with you, James! Your success and motivation is an inspiration to many 🙏

“Do you think you got lucky?”

Someone asked from the audience. Or if anyone could build the Airbnb business like I did. And it made me think about how people see success when they’re looking at the outcome instead of the journey.

People see the stages, the events, and the seven-figure business. They don’t see what it took to get there.

I was a single mom in the middle of a very stressful divorce. I’d just been laid off from my corporate career of over a decade. I didn’t own a single property, had no real estate experience, and I’d never run a real business before. I was nervous and scared.

But I decided to bet on myself. I invested $35K in a mentor, took a huge financial risk, and poured countless hours and energy while being extremely busy into learning something completely new.

I had no guarantee it would work. I just knew I couldn’t keep waiting for my circumstances to change.

And here’s what I want you to understand. If you’re waiting until you have more money, experience, confidence, or until life finally settles down, you might be waiting forever.

There will never be a perfect time. There will always be a reason to wait. There will always be another excuse.

At some point, you have to decide that the possibility of creating a different life is worth the risk of trying.

You don’t become confident and then take the leap. You take the leap and build the confidence along the way.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take that first step, maybe this is it.

You could be the person who changes your family’s story for generations to come.

Not just for your kids but for the people who haven’t even been born yet.

One day, they may live a life you once had to fight to make possible. And it could all start with one decision you make today.

When I left my marriage, I wasn’t just choosing a different life for myself. I was choosing what I wanted my kids to believe about love, self-worth, and what they should never have to settle for.

I didn’t want them growing up thinking that staying unhappy was the price of feeling loved. Or that trading time for money and working a 9-to-5 was their only option.

So I chose differently. I rebuilt my life and built a business to show them they could create their own opportunities and design a life on their own terms.

And it made me realize something much bigger than myself. We don’t always get to choose the patterns we inherit. The relationships we grow up watching. The beliefs we’re taught about what we deserve. The things we learn to tolerate because they’re all we’ve ever known.

But we can choose what we carry forward.

You can be the first person in your family to walk away from an unhealthy pattern. To choose a different kind of love. To build a different life. To show the people who come after you that they have options you never knew you had.

You could change your family’s lineage for generations to come. Think about that for a moment.

The people who come after you may never know what you had to overcome or how difficult it was to make that first decision. But they’ll grow up with different beliefs, different possibilities, and a different idea of what’s normal because you chose to do things differently.

You may never meet the generations whose lives are changed by your courage. But you can still be the reason their story looks different.

Sometimes, changing your family’s future starts with one person deciding the past doesn’t have to repeat itself ❤️

If you're feeling stuck, this is your reminder that choosing differently starts with you. Share this with someone who needs courage 🙏

I got laid off just 3 weeks after launching my first Airbnb.

I was a Creative Director in tech, going through a tough divorce as a single mom. I had no real estate experience. Starting an Airbnb business on the side felt like a huge financial risk and I was scared, but deep down I knew I wanted more freedom, so I followed my intuition.

Then the layoff came. I was devastated. I applied for jobs in a competitive market until I stopped and asked myself, do I keep chasing another corporate paycheck or bet on myself? I chose myself.

Looking back, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. That decision led to an Airbnb business generating $68,000 a month while working just a few hours a week.

Here's what I wish I'd known sooner 👇

1. Start before you need to. Don't wait until your income disappears to create another option. Mine saved me.

2. You don't have to own property. Rental arbitrage lets you lease a home and host it with the landlord's permission.

3. Know your numbers BEFORE signing. Research local regulations, startup costs, rent and revenue.

4. Build systems, not another career. Automation, cleaners and automation keep it running without you.

My biggest lesson? You don't have to wait until life forces you to change.

Save this if you're looking for passive income 💸 Send it to the friend who keeps saying "one day."

POV: When you run into so many legends on the way to the destination that you barely make it inside.

Loved connecting with so many influential entrepreneurs at Funnel Hacking Live and seeing everyone in one place.

From dreading Mondays in a corporate office several years ago to excited for Mondays in rooms surrounded by some of the most brilliant business minds.

A reminder that the work pays off before it feels like it. Keep going. Get in the right rooms. Protect your circle. The people you surround yourself with will influence you and take you further than you ever imagined.

Thank you @russellbrunson for an incredible week at FHL and congrats to all the @clickfunnels Comma Club winners! The quality of the room is a testament to the community you've created 🙌 by @liindakim

Honored to be hosting The Pivot Summit at the Beverly Hilton with @shaneseo, one of the biggest names in real estate. The event I've been excited about most all year and our biggest yet! ✨

If you're an entrepreneur or investor who wants to learn how to invest your money, this is the room. We're covering commercial real estate, asset protection and film as an alternative asset class. I'll also be sharing real estate and short term rental passive income strategies, plus where I'm headed next with luxury hotels.

In the evening we move into the exclusive American Film Association Gala, in the same room that hosts Golden Globes. Black tie, red carpet, celebrities, family offices and high net worth investors in one beautiful room.

DM me "PIVOT" for info. Tickets are live in my bio. See you there! by @liindakim

“What if it’s a scam?” I asked myself that before I wired $35,000 to someone I’d never met. 💸

I kept it to myself, said yes anyway, and that decision changed everything. Airbnb arbitrage took me from a layoff to a business that passed my day job salary, and I never went back.

I’m not telling you to send money to strangers 😅 I’m telling you the scary yes can be the one that changes your life, as long as you learn the right way first.

What if the dream you keep thinking about isn't a fantasy? What if it's direction?

The things that won't leave your heart are often the things you're meant to pursue. It's there for a reason. You're capable. Keep following it. Keep climbing. One day you'll look around and realize you're standing in the middle of what you once dreamed of ✨ by @liindakim
