1 YEAR OF TEACHING POLE!!!!!

A little celebration of my first YEAR of Teaching Pole, what a wild and beautiful journey it has been. Firstly, the biggest recognition and gratitiude go to the 2 people who interviewed and took a chance on me by giving me the opportunity to step into this role, @sherry_n_lancelot & @lynnt219 thank you for seeing me and taking a chance on me, I am forever greatful beyond words.

To my amazing students and supporters who have given me the greatest gift of moving and learning together weekly @hanger.66 it is literally the highlight of my week to connect and share energy with you all, to my amazing regulars who continue to show up every week to listen to me sing, cheer and hype you up, I adore you all so much and value each and every moment we share.

And to add to this, I had the opportunity to teach workshops at 2 previous home studios and step back into the spaces that nurtured my journey so much, I am forever greatful fornthe full circle moments

My heart is so full and I love having this creative space of expression to share and grow together.

Here's to many more to come ❤️

Wednesday Floor Choreo - Can't Help Falling In Love, Haley Reinhart.

Something quite different this week, a lyrical contemporary vibe and a style I love but have not explored for a long time. Always a beautiful challenge to drop into feelings in this style, and I'm so proud of the ladies who joined me tonight @hanger.66 thank you for always supporting my ideas and movement exploration 😍
