Womb Literacy journey 🌀 — building deeper listening and relationship to body

It’s a longer share but tap in if you’re also:
healing painful menstrual cycles, irregularities or, just want to get in touch with your cyclical nature

It was 2023, part of me was yearning for more consistency, structure and routine, I just didn’t know where to place it. My own mimicry of going back to school shows the belief I held of— “run in the opposite direction of academia to find soul purpose.” I also just was not ready for the level of responsibility and commitment.
Soul searching only brought me so far, as the gaps between spiritual transformation/ healing and the actual systems that be were only getting wider. (This conversation is a whole portal for another time.)
I wouldn’t change the journey of soul discovery for a moment. I’m grateful for the freedom and privilege to unravel and become.
Here I am now and the truth is, being in right relationship with reality genuinely means feeling inspired to be a student again.

lessons on deepening in love::
when we first met in person,
there was a magnetic force i had never felt before
Like I’d already known you

opening new chapter while honoring what has been~
preparing to move out of this desert adobe that had held us so fully over the past 9 months— (with a solid dose of travel mixed in because we all know my Aquarian nature cannot stay in one place for too long)

Continuing envisioning life of co-creation and partnership is a dream come true—
And, truly stretching ever part of me that learned to navigate on my own
softening heart to meet in the middle
And carve path together

Leaning in especially when I want to pull away
Finding deepening love in moving through the challenges

&&&
your wisdom echos in my ears,
Like I’ve known your soul so many times before.

Our presence is our reverence. Our togetherness our resilience. Our offering the antidote to extraction. Our love ~ infinite rivers of resilience. by @lila.zimmerman_

POV: Instead of following “wellness trends” to feel better,

You return to the orignal source of life & memory::
m o t h e r w a t e r s

Remembering the whole point is not to “feel better”
But to—
Get better at
f e e l i n g

The waves will continue to come and,
the ones who are willing to stay current, in the body, close to the earth
Are the ones who will truly build and carve resilience to create new pathways
Of innovation
Intimacy
And connection

Body Listening Sessions ::
a place to practice staying in the body
When the tendency is to numb, distract or avoid

Returning to the memory and sentience of our own fluidity Returning to feeling as guiding compass in these times ~
