Those who were warned, "Your enemies have mobilized their forces against you, so fear them," the warning only made them grow stronger in faith and they replied, "Allah 'alone' is sufficient 'as an aid' for us and 'He' is the best Protector." AL-QURAN 3:173

In the Holy Quran, Allah the Almighty says: “Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury; and Allah is Most Self-Sufficient and Most Gentle. (Al-Baqarah, 2: 263).

I'm a fan of this Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser by @cosrx and this deodorant balm by @og.organix! This is my third time purchasing this cleanser, and I will be definitely buying it again. The same goes for the deodorant, especially since I'm moving towards clean and organic products that are better for the environment and our well-being! It keeps you smelling fresh all day. I'm really enjoying this particular variant by the name of "clean slate". It has a fresh, clean scent, which isn't overpowering at all. Love it!

*Khi to Isl* 🛫

Starting throwback to Islamabad with a review of Airsial. I opted for @airsialofficial because I had read really great reviews and I have to admit that their service did not disappoint. This was the first time ever that I flew alone! I was definitely a little jittery but super excited as well! The flight was smooth, the in-flight meal was amazing and the crew was polite and courteous. This was my third time flying to Islamabad and I have to admit that this was the best local flight experience I've had so far. I highly recommend Airsial and I'm so glad that they are starting International flights as well. I hope other local airlines follow suit and improve their quality and service!

Dua for when it rains
اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
O Allah, may it be a beneficial rain

This is the first plant Saad and I got after getting married and I love seeing it grow and thrive, Masha'Allah! Taking care of plants is so therapeutic! ^_^

"Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones."

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? I'd love to go for Umrah and then visit Turkey!

2020 has taught us some very valuable lessons in the most bitter way possible. Like so many of us, I've gone through things this year that I never I thought I was capable of handling, seeing my mother return to Allah swt being the hardest of them all, it taught me how temporary everything is in this world. It has also taught me how blessed we are to have loved ones around us who give us reason to live, love and cope up with the tragedies of life. Alhamdulillah for everything.

I pray to Allah that everyone who is sick or suffering during this pandemic heals and recovers. I pray that anyone who has lost a loved one finds solace and strength to bear their loss. I pray that this year brings joy in our lives and see it in little things and help us realize that those little things are actually the big things that we took for granted before 2020. Meeting people, spending time with family, going out and doing things without any fear of getting a disease and so much more. May Allah swt allow us to experience all of it again, Ameen.

Have a blessed new year, Instafam! ✨
