Life lately..

September felt slow. A little lonely, a little lost.
But some seasons are just meant to be lived slowly...it'okay🧸

Then October came, everything still feels heavy, almost like starting from zero again..but that’s okay, too🌿

Now i'm welcoming November, my favorite month of my 48th year.
Finnised the (half) mission on the classic kelapa gading route. Almost died, but never lost the joy of running✨️🏃‍♀️

August in Korea🇰🇷was hot… and so was the plot twist in my life☀️
I thought I was ready for my empty-nester chapter after my youngest started uni. I knew I’d miss them, but I was ready.
Then life had other plans.
A sudden turn brought me back to Korea for a whole month and led me to a decision that could change my life.
Now I’m preparing for a new chapter.
Wish me luck 🤍
From empty nester to open nester✨️

My first 10K after a longggg break🏃‍♀️

Somehow, I had forgotten how good it feels to run again. The satisfaction of finishing, the smiles from strangers along the way and the simple joy of bumping into familiar faces.
Sooo grateful for this day.

Here's to starting again.
Because once a runner, always a runner🫶

We don't run to be better than others,
We run to be the best version of ourselves for the people we love❤️
Mom. Runner. Wife. Blessed.

*Met this beautiful mom on the kelapagading loop🏃‍♂️✨️

I’m not a big fan of Starbucks…
but I deeply respect what coffee can do.
My run only starts after the coffee finishes its job first 💩😂 Coffee makes the miles possible✨️
