Hello everyone, while preparing the Of Wheat & Wonders configurator with some final technical bits and pieces, we wanted to celebrate a little wooow moment. Across our first three campaigns, we’ve managed to plant 148 real trees thanks to our amazing book backers! Look at the picture ...that’s a whole forest! 🌲🌲🌲 Thank you so much for being part of this. We’ll do our best to keep creating more games, bend the rules of what board- and PnP games can look like... and plant more and more trees together! YOU ROCK! More updates soon. Stay tuned! Best, Robin #pagepunk #boardgames #dpnp #gamebooks by @limepunkgames
Hey everyone! It’s been a little quiet around here lately. Between the holiday season and some personal matters, things have been a bit slower than usual. But today, I’m excited to finally share one of our newest Dynamic Print & Play projects: 👻 Ghost Kitchen: Trial by Fire 🔥 Can you help a team of mischievous ghosts craft outrageous Frankenstein-style dishes to fulfill customer orders by any means necessary? Rush around the haunted kitchen, gather ingredients, and assemble bizarre meals before time runs out. The Ghost Kitchen is counting on you! If that sounds like your kind of chaos, check out our little Gamefound page! The link is in our social bio, and as always, thank you so much for supporting a tiny indie studio like ours. It truly means the world to us. Have a great saturday! Jack & Robin #pagepunk #ghostkitchen #dpnp #pnp #printandplay by @limepunkgames
Fellow Necromancers and Gamebook lovers! Our second DPnP campaign is about to come to an end, and we just wanted to express our gratitude to everyone who has already joined us on this journey. The support has been absolutely incredible .... especially for a small indie team like us. :-) So, if you haven’t checked it out yet, head over to Gamefound and take a look at Minomancer: LINK IN BIO! Every bit of support means the world to us. We’re truly happy to see the monthly dynamic games being received so well! Yours, Robin & Jack by @limepunkgames
A layered dungeon. Add minions to that. Your skeletal army, each with their own capabilities. You roll dice to decide who gets assigned where, how far they move, and which path they take to cover as much ground in the dungeon as possible. But before your minions get to move, the dungeon has its say. Through a deck of cards, the dungeon announces its desire and decides which group of your skeletal army survives the round. While moving, you’re trying to dodge Hexes, grab keys to reach the next level, preserve or spend Life Crystals to bend things in your favor, and keep descending till you finally face the boss. Awesome, right? That’s Mïnomancer. But I forgot to mention the best part. Even the dungeon itself can change, thanks to the configurator. This is the second Dynamic PnP I’ve played after BYTE:SHIFT, and the configurator has taken a BIG leap here. More than that, the game on its own is a killer. I’m genuinely curious whether Robin and Jack built the game first and then added the configurator, or if it was the other way around. Because even without the dynamic part, Mïnomancer has a lot going for it! You’ve got less than 2 days to back this gem. #printandplay #sologame #dpnp #indiegames #boardgames by @limepunkgames
Time for another sneak peek into the next pagepunk gamebook. As promised... it’s a ring-bound book now, lying flat for much easier use .... and even more fun while playing. :-) If you haven’t checked it out yet, the campaign is live for two more days. Any support means the world to us. Link to the campaign in bio! Best, Robin & Jack #pagepunk #gamebooks #beaverlicious #dpnp #dynamicpnp by @limepunkgames
Minomancer is the latest print and play from @beaverlicious_games sent to us for review via @ukbg_review_circle The campaign is currently live with a few days left on game found - so please do consider going to check it out! This is another roll and write PNP for 1 player - to play you need 3x dice and a deck of cards. Your aim is to explore the dungeons and beat the boss in the final battle On your go you roll 3 dice and assign them to different types of workers - as this is another dynamic pnp the type of workers you have will change on each version you print, however include soldiers and warlocks.  You then pull a card from the deck to see which workers the dungeon will claim this round. The dice you are left with you use to create polyominos that you colour in to fill the level of dungeon you are on. Different workers give you different bonuses that can be used on your next dice, such as adding 1 value or re-rolling but these cost precious life force to use. You continue to do this until you encounter an event space which may cause you to gain keys, lose life force or move to the next level of the dungeon. The game ends either when you reach the boss battle and complete the goal e.g surrounding the boss with a certain type of worker, or when your life force runs out. If you manage to defeat the boss you add up the amount of squares you didn't fill and score accordingly - aiming to have the lowest score possible! 🌈🌈🌈 Points: -As with byteshift this is a dynamic PnP which creates a really exciting experience with unlimited amount of dungeons available for you to play -Deciding whether to use the power of your workers adds a great level of strategy. 🌧️🌧️🌧️ Points: -I found the rules quite wordy on this one and definitely had to keep referencing back when I first started playing, especially around the special effects you can use  -You need to supply 3x dice and a deck of cards so worth keeping this in mind Overall this a fun dungeon explorer where deciding when to use your life force is vital to get a good score. I would love if the scoring was more diverse e.g including life span left but it's a satisfying solo puzzle by @limepunkgames
Necromancer vs. necromancer. A roll-and-write through layered dungeons. A deck of cards altering the dungeon’s desires. And if that’s not enough, it’s a Dynamic Print-and-Play! Mïnomancer has been a standout this month as I got to see Pagepunk’s second DPnP configurator flexing. With BYTE:SHIFT, the first DPnP launched by Pagepunk, the configurator changed the hacking puzzle through randomized tables of numbers, colors, and effects that shaped how you built your routine across the floppy disks. With Mïnomancer, it's on another level: altering dungeon layouts, minions, event outcomes, and boss conditions. Basically, the entire personality of the dungeon and what you work with shifts. Even if I keep the configurator aside, the game itself has plenty going on. The deck of cards deciding which minion group survives the dungeon each round, the different jobs within your skeletal army, managing the Life Crystals to survive, dodging Hexes, leveraging events to grab keys, and the final boss conditions all make this one stand out on its own. You’ve got about 6 days left to back this one if it’s your type. And join the queue with me to see what Robin and Jack are up to for their third DPnP, dropping next month! #printandplay #sologames #rollandwrite #dpnp #boardgamegeek by @limepunkgames
One more week to go for our second Dynamic PnP dungeon crawler, Mïnomancer! If you haven’t checked it out yet, now’s the perfect time to gather your skeleton army, generate a dungeon, and dive into the adventure ahead. Link in Bio! A huge thank you to everyone who has already supported us ... it truly means the world to us! And as always, if you have any questions, feedback, or thoughts, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help and love hearing from you! #dpnp #pagepunk #beaverlicious by @limepunkgames
Necromancer vs. necromancer! Loser joins the winner’s army as another nameless skeleton. In my 94th issue, I take on Mïnomancer, my second DPnP experience. Did it go further than the first Dynamic PnP I tried? Time to find out! Link to my 94th issue is in Bio. #printandplay #sologames #dpnp #indiegames #dungeoncrawl by @limepunkgames
What could be more punk than saving trees? For every pagepunk gamebook sold ... during our campaigns and beyond... we plant a tree together with our production partner. Thanks to your support, the first days of the Mïnomancer campaign have already helped create a small forest of 29 trees. Huge thanks to everyone taking part. We really appreciate it! ❤️ #pagepunk #dpnp by @limepunkgames
