a little lore 🧚‍♀️

#manifestation #quantumleap #spirituality #selfconcept #subconsciousreprogramming by @limitlesswithleli

what you believe to be true about yourself is exactly what you will obtain

so if you’re saying one thing but you believe the opposite (like if you’re saying you want a secure relationship but aren’t even feeling secure within yourself)

You need to take a look at what it is that you want and what that person that has it is like.

What are the thoughts she thinks, the beliefs she has about herself and her external world.

Start questioning the disconnect of who you are and who you need to be to have what you want.

Your identity is what fuels your desires.

Align it accordingly and watch how you start attracting exactly what it is that you want.

1. (This one has become the most obvious to me) Everything feels like it’s falling off or breaking apart. Things have to do this in order to bring in what you actually desire. There is no space for your old life and your new one. There’s just not.

2. Your tolerance for old habits, people and things, changes. Maybe you’re done hooking up with people who you know aren’t meant for you, maybe you’re done with excuses and are taking the gym seriously, maybe you’re done doing sh*t that drains you with people that don’t support the person you’re becoming. This can be a beautiful parting if you let it.

3. Nothing seems to have changed externally yet. This is where your internal beliefs and nervous system are important. If you remain intact there, you’ll know and see that this void is actually a sweet spot for your manifestation. Keeping moving knowing that the seed was planted 🌱

4. Your old life is calling 📞 old habits, old connections, old thoughts will creep tf in. This is your chance to change the paradigm. Actions cause reactions. Do not choose the same action you have in the past. That will keep you in your current reality longer.

5. (This one’s important) You’re receiving little random intuitive nudges. DO NOT write them off as cOiNcIdEnCeS. They are not. It is literally the divine connecting with you and guiding you to your souls desires.

These are all tried and true 🧚‍♀️

Lmk which ones resonated 🤍

You can be consciously trying to manifest more money, love, and things all day long

but if your nervous system is feeling any dysregulation around it,

you will either NEVER manifest the thing,

or you will and then you’ll quickly lose it (like those lotto winners that suddenly become rich and then go back to their homeostasis of lack).

This is because your nervous system is the deciding factor of what you let into your physical world.

And this is exactly what I guide clients through. ✨

We transform your outer world by working WITH your internal systems.

If you’re ready for your life to transform in front of your eyes…

I have a few 1:1 spots open!

letting go can be one of the hardest things to do but when you do, you are physically making space for what actually serves you, what’s actually meant for you, what you are desiring on a SOUL level, beyond the fears and limits

Remember that next time you’re gorilla gripping something that you know has overstayed their welcome 🫶🏼

POV you’re so connected to the universe, you don’t ignore “coincidences” and you take them as they are, messages from source ✨

Your reality is a reflection of who you are being and what you believe about yourself.

And if you’re over there feeling like you aren’t good enough, lucky enough, worthy enough, or whatever you are experiencing…

I want to introduce you to something that changed my chaotic dysregulated af life…

Emotional Freedom Technique, which is what I’m doing in this video.

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT Tapping, is a practice that works both on a cognitive level (where your thoughts and beliefs reside) and on a somatic level (hello, nervous system regulation 👋🏼).

What EFT does is essentially releases the beliefs and feelings within you that no longer serve you.

Through the tapping on specific points in the body, new neural pathways are created and any undesired emotional responses are changed.

Which in turn changes your reality. 🙌🏼

What’s fun about it, (besides the fact that you can do it anywhere which as a mom is hella helpful) is that you can do it for ANYTHING.

ANY undesired feeling or thought, you can tap that sh*t away.

And I can show you how 🤍

DM me “ALIGN” and let’s start chatting about what you’re ready to release and attract. ✨

🤍🤍

I’ve been guilty of this too…

Stopping just bc I don’t see anything changing.

But that’s the thing,

you have to be willing to keep going even when it feels like nothing is moving.

Because the moment you decide you want a different life, is the moment the universe/god/source/creator whatever tfffff you call it, WILL move things in the background that you have no idea about because it’s not your job to know yet.

But you must continue on as if you actually trust it.

But if you stop, you won’t ever get to see what you want fully manifest.

So keep going. Have enough faith in yourself and source to make it happen.

Because you can. ✨

Others do it all the time, and they’re not any more special than you are.

🤍🤍

here are some ways to get out of the chaos in your mind 🤍

1. Meditation (I do this even on my work breaks outside to recollect if I’ve been feeling drained by negative energies)

2. EFT Tapping my absolute fave thing to do when I’m feeling triggered in any way or if I need to reprogram a limiting belief that’s keeping me stuck. (DM me if you’re interested in a session)✨

3. Lil fairy nature walks (and as a mom, I’ve incorporated this plenty for both me and my bean, I’ll even have him do his nap time in the wagon)

4. I’ve incorporated subliminals, frequencies and sound healing type of music in our night time routine. One of my faves to put on YouTube is Malte Martens nervous system regulation videos. It is GOLD.

5. Lights out or low light showers 🚿 one of the most regulating things I’ve started doing this year and will forever do now. It just hits different. Try it.

So many times throughout my life, my circumstances made me feel like I had no business in believing that I could have the things that I want.

No matter how woowoo I always was, the logical part of my mind only knew what it was experiencing.

Which was lack. And a whole lot of it.

It wasn’t until I started learning how “woowoo manifestation” was actually intertwined with neuroscience.

And now, I’m a logical lil fairy 🧚‍♀️ 😂

But fr, I manifested my vision board car when I was not in a place to AT ALL.

And I can show you how to do the same.

Dm me to chat about it 🤍✨
