💜🦋🎧 Straight to it. Becoming through Gratitude is a four-week audio program for high achieving women, and here is exactly what it asks and what it gives.

❓The ask: ten minutes each weekday morning. One short session, one small aligned action. Nothing accumulates and there is no weekend to make up.

🖊️📝 What the weeks do. Week 1 teaches you to notice the joy already sitting in your ordinary day. Week 2 opens you to possibilities you have been moving too fast to see. Week 3 is where you put your strengths on paper, write your being list, and practise gratitude for who you are rather than what you produced. Week 4 builds an abundance mindset that holds in your work and your relationships, and gives you a habit that survives busy weeks.

It deals with scarcity thinking and the comparison trap head on, because those run hardest in the women who look the most together.

💜🦋What you end with: a morning rhythm you look forward to, a journal full of evidence that your life is already rich, and a self that feels like you again.

If you wake up already behind and still feel it is never quite enough, your effort was never the problem. You were taught your worth lives in your output.

Small enough to survive your real schedule. Deep enough to change how you see yourself. Week 1 is ready when you are.

Is this even possible? In just 10 minutes? Link 🔗

A woman I worked with told me she sat down on a Tuesday morning with her coffee and the week three action, and she wrote one word. Then nothing. For eight minutes.

She could have listed everything she delivered that quarter. She could have named every person she took care of. But the page asked who she was, not what she produced, and she had no practice at that question.

On minute nine she wrote: patient with my mother. Then: still curious. Then four more.
She emailed me that afternoon and said she cried in her car at lunch, and she could not tell whether it was from grief or relief.

That is week three. Week 1 you just notice the joy already sitting in your ordinary day. Week 2 you start seeing possibilities you were too busy to see. Week 3 you meet yourself again. Week 4 the abundance mindset settles in and stays.
Ten minutes each weekday morning. Small enough to survive a real schedule.

Start with the episode on writing your being list. Then leave eight minutes of silence open for yourself tomorrow and see what shows up. by @lindanelsongrow

🤎🍁🧡 I love the start of a new month - and I particularly love this month of gratitude. Choose to find something to be grateful for every day. It is the best way to shift your thinking and start out each day positively.

💜🦋 Before the presale window closes, I wanted to share one final thought with you.

When I first sat down to write my chapter for Transform Your Life, I thought I would be sharing a story about healing.

Instead, I found myself writing about remembering.
✅Remembering who I was beneath the busyness.
✅Remembering the dreams I had set aside. ✅Remembering the woman life had gently asked me to return to.

📘That's what The Uncovering: Becoming Through Remembering and Returning became.

Not a story about having all the answers. Not a story about overcoming.

A story about slowing down long enough to hear myself again.

If you've been carrying more than anyone knows... If you've been moving through life on autopilot... If you've been longing for a quiet reminder of who you are beneath it all...
I believe this book will speak to your heart.

✨ If you've been meaning to order your copy, this is your gentle reminder. by @lindanelsongrow

🧡🍁 For years, I believed strength meant pushing through.

Then life handed me a season where pushing through wasn't an option.

What I discovered in that forced pause changed me forever.

That's the story I share in my chapter.

What if the pause you're resisting is actually preparing YOU for something bigger?

That question became the beginning of a much bigger journey for me.

A journey of uncovering. Remembering. Returning.

You'll find that story inside my chapter of Transform Your Life.

A Line From the Chapter -

"The truest parts of you were never gone; they were simply waiting for you to slow down enough to see them again."

This may be my favorite line from the chapter I wrote for Transform Your Life.

If you're in a season of remembering who you are, I think this book will speak to your heart.

For the High-Achieving Woman -

This theme that runs through the chapter is dedicated to the woman who looks like she has it all together...

...but quietly wonders when she stopped hearing herself.

I've been her. Maybe you have too.

That's why I wrote The Uncovering: Becoming Through Remembering and Returning.

💜📘🦋 The Forgotten Woman

One of the greatest surprises of my healing journey was realizing I wasn't finding someone new.

I was remembering someone I'd forgotten.

The woman beneath the responsibilities. The woman beneath the busyness. The woman beneath the survival mode.

That's the heart of my chapter.

The Truth I Learned

A truth that changed me: You don't have to become someone else to transform your life.
Sometimes transformation looks like uncovering the person you were before life became so loud.

I share this lesson in my chapter inside

💜📘🦋 The Pause

There was a season when life forced me to slow down.

At first, I thought it was an interruption.

Looking back, I see it was an invitation.

In my chapter, The Uncovering: Becoming Through Remembering and Returning, I share how one of the hardest seasons of my life became the doorway back to myself.

✨ The book is available at a special reduced presale price for the next several days.
