My life will always be split into Before and After 3/3/2022. That was the day I was diagnosed with cancer. The day my rose-colored glasses shattered. The day I learned how fragile this life really is. My life will never be what it was before, but maybe that’s the point? While cancer does not define me, it has changed me forever. There is a Before and an After. And 4 years later, I’m still learning how to live in the after 💖 #breastcancersurvivor #cancerversary #lifeaftercancer by @linelyse2

The first and last time my mom saw The Beatles was in 1965 at Comiskey Park. She was 13, and while she doesn’t remember how she got her ticket, Google tells me the most expensive seats were only $5.50. 60 years later, I decided to surprise her for her bday with VIP floor tickets to see Sir Paul McCartney’s Got Back tour (our fav Beatle) and it was incredibly special. He put on an amazing show, especially for an 83 year old! It was a night I’ll never forget ❤️ @dianetwardak @paulmccartney @thebeatles #GotBack by @linelyse2

“Dogs’ lives are too short. Their only fault, really.” - Agnes Sligh Turnbull My heart is broken. Today, I said goodbye to my best bud, Tobias. The one who never left my side through my darkest days, who always knew how to cheer me up with a smile or a lick, the best cuddle buddy I ever had. My first born. My forever puppy. The light of my life. I don’t really have the words to describe the Tobi shaped hole that’s left in my heart, but I know I wouldn’t have made it through these last few years without him. I’ll miss his face, his paws, his presence beside me. But mostly, I’ll miss his love. Rest easy, my sweet boy. I’ll see you on the other side 🌈💔🐾 by @linelyse2
