✨🫶 👯‍♀️ #Sisterpreneurs #EmprenderJuntas #NegociosConAlma #HairExtensions #StartUpDreams by @linnet.conde

An unforgettable experience at The Salon Centric Playbook Experience in Washington, DC @saloncentric Over 500 artists, stylists, and salon owners came together with one purpose: to elevate the industry. CONDE had the honor of being present not only as a brand throughout the event, but also as educators @linnet.conde and @ine.conde sharing their class, “The Extension Effect: How to Build, Sell & Scale,” along with their journey in the extensions industry, their experience behind the chair, and the story behind how the brand was built. A moment of connection, purpose, and inspiration to empower others to build their dreams. 🎥 @danncreator by @linnet.conde
A super close-up look at the LOCK STITCH! 🪡 When it comes to weft installations, the Lock Stitch is one of the most important techniques to master for a secure, comfortable, and long-lasting installation. Why do we love this technique? Secure Hold: Each stitch locks individually, helping prevent shifting and loosening. Better Tension Control: Helps maintain consistent tension without over-tightening. Prevents Unraveling: Each stitch stays secure, reducing the risk of unraveling, even when stitching in the opposite direction. Greater Stability: Creates a strong, reliable foundation for your weft installation. The Lock Stitch is a technique every extension artist should master for weft installations. Elevate your artistry. 🤍 Save this close-up for your next weft installation! by @linnet.conde
WEFT INSTALLATION | THE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE: 🪡🤍 🪡 Lock Stitch: Secure each stitch individually to help prevent shifting and loosening. 🪡 Proper Bead Placement: Always stitch on both sides of each bead, never through the bead itself. 🪡 Secure Corners: Finish with an L-stitch to help prevent edge lifting and keep your weft laying flat. 🪡 Consistent Stitching: Maintain even tension and stability throughout the entire installation. 📌 Save this tutorial for your next weft installation! by @linnet.conde
A FLAWLESS WEFT INSTALLATION STARTS WITH THE RIGHT FOUNDATION! 🪡 Clean, precise sections. Proper bead placement. Balanced tension. These are the fundamentals that make all the difference. The goal isn’t just a beautiful installation. It’s creating a foundation that supports the weight of the extensions, protects the natural hair, and allows for comfort, movement, and long-lasting results. Because great extension artistry is about more than what you see. It’s about how you build it. Master the foundation. Elevate your artistry. 🤍 📌 PRO TIP: I use light-colored beads in this video for educational purposes only, to make the placement easier to see. For actual installations, always choose beads that match your client’s natural root color or are slightly darker to ensure a seamless, discreet finish. by @linnet.conde
A beautiful night for an even more beautiful cause. 🤍 @chapmanpartnership A reminder that the most meaningful moments are filled with purpose, love, and incredible people. And of course, the best part of the night… my hot date @gabriela.miami ! 🔥🥂 by @linnet.conde
What an amazing weekend! 🤍 This experience reminds us how blessed we are to be part of this incredible industry. Beyond the business, it will always be about the people, the relationships, and the memories we create along the way. Leaving Engage & Elevate with a heart full of gratitude for the inspiration, purpose driven leadership, knowledge shared, positive energy, meaningful connections, and all the beautiful people this journey brings into our lives. Thank you, @danielmasonjones & @jody_mason_jones for opening your hearts and your home to us and making this unforgettable experience possible! 🫶 And two powerful reminders we’re taking home with us: WHATEVER IT TAKES. @danielmasonjones WE ARE ENOUGH. @weareenough by @linnet.conde
#conde #weftextensions #weftinstall by @linnet.conde
One week later… and we still can’t get over this incredible experience. 🤍 What we dreamed about for months came to life in the most beautiful way, surrounded by an amazing community of stylists, educators, partners, and people who continue to believe in what we’re building. As sisters and founders, moments like this mean everything to us. Seeing CONDE grow, bringing people together, and creating an experience centered around education, connection, and growth is something we’ll never take for granted. So grateful for every single person who was part of the CONDE Extension Experience 2026. @condeprofessional Miami, this one will stay with us for a long time. 🥹🤍 And somehow… we’re already dreaming about the next one. by @linnet.conde
QIU Academy | Donde comienza tu carrera. by @linnet.conde
