What a month it’s been!

Between my recent nomination for the Women of Influence+ Top 25 Awards, presented by RBC, and now being featured as Business Woman of the Month by She & Success Magazine, I’ve had a few reasons to pause and take it all in.

This feature means a lot because we’ve worked with She & Success to share our clients’ stories. To have them share mine feels like a lovely full-circle moment.

Behind these recognitions are years of hard work, plenty of changes, and a team that puts so much into everything we do at Secret Media Co. I’m grateful to share this moment with them.

Thank you to She & Success for the feature, and to everyone who continues to support me and the business we’re building.

Meet Liraz Jacoby.

For the past five years, @lirazjacoby has led @secretmediaco - Toronto’s leading Marketing agency, creating bold campaigns in creative media, marketing, and PR.

From luxury brands to business and lifestyle innovators, Liraz’s focus has always been the same! Elevate, amplify, and deliver results that matter.

Liraz quickly realized that the industry needed more.
More exclusivity. More strategy. More luxury and far more courage to break the mold!
To achieve this, she had to build what didn’t exist realizing the solution was never to fit in, but to create something entirely new.

That vision became NOX!

Powered by Secret Media Co. & Co-Founded with @bosslady_ada
NOX was created with a different purpose: to build a new space in prestige management.

For Liraz, NOX isn’t just the next step - It’s a statement!
A platform designed to push boundaries, rewrite the rules, and create a new benchmark for how talent and brands are represented at the highest level.

This is not business as usual.
This is black-label management.

Welcome to NOX!

A new flavour under one roof.

One of our specialties at NOX is strategic alliance.
Watch how we brought together two exceptional talents:

▪️Chef Ariel @chef.de.la.mesa &
▪️Fito Blanko @fitoblanko Canada’s blazing Latin star in a strategic alignment that celebrates their art.

From kitchen magic to stage presence, we’re curating and creating moments where food and music collide, while you’re getting the first peek behind the scenes.

Segment drops soon 🖤

I’m honoured to share that I’ve been nominated for the Top 25 Women of Influence Awards, presented by @rbc Capital Markets.

This nomination means a great deal to me, especially after a year that has asked me to grow in ways I never expected.

Building & maintaining a business while navigating change has shaped how I lead, what I value, and how I support other women building something of their own.

Through @secretmediaco & @nox_management I get to help founders turn their expertise into a stronger voice, a more visible business, and opportunities that move them forward. That work is deeply personal to me.

To whoever put my name forward, thank you for seeing it. And to my team, clients, and the people who have stood beside me, thank you for being part of what we’re building.

So What do I really do?
I DO THIS!.
I lead a full-service creative media agency that builds personal brands from the ground up. We know how to combine PR, digital content, influencers, business strategy, and talent management into campaigns that actually move the needle.

We get you featured. We get you seen.
We position, pitch, plan, and partner across every platform and make sure the world knows who you are!

And I don’t do it alone. I have an incredible team behind me and by my side, and amazing clients who constantly push me to grow and evolve.

It’s been a roller coaster getting here, but I’ve finally found my true passion and what I do best.
Helping brands, creators, and founders show up, stand out, and stay relevant.

Big or small, if you’re ready to grow, we can help you get there.
