Another incredible weekend with Master Trainer Angela Crowley at Goodwin Studios! We’re so grateful to have hosted GYROTONIC® Principles in the Context of Neuroplasticity and to have shared such an inspiring course with this wonderful group.

Participants explored dexterity, joy, freedom, ease, and rhythm through the GYROTONIC® method. Thank you, Angela, for sharing your knowledge and expertise, and to everyone who made this weekend so special.

Looking forward to seeing you all again soon and welcoming Angela back to Goodwin Studios in 2028!
