POSTS STORIES REELS

I believe luxury is less about what something costs and more about how deeply someone feels considered.

The restaurant chosen with intention.

The flowers.

The beautiful room.

The unexpected detail.

The conversation that has space to go somewhere you didn’t plan.

The feeling that someone thought about you before you ever arrived.

This is one of the principles behind The Mona Lisa Experience.

I didn’t want to create another coaching program where women log onto Zoom, consume more information and add another list of things to do to their already full lives.

I wanted to create an experience.

One where the environment matters.

The conversations matter.

The women in the room matter.

And where, for six months, you have space to decide what you actually want from this next chapter of your life and begin living it.

The January 2027 Collection of The Mona Lisa Experience is now enrolling.

Early Access is available through September 30.

Four amazing women meeting over lunch with one simple goal: to get to know each other. ❤️

Lisa brought her friend Oryl, and I brought my friend Anna.

And given who we all are, we instantly hit it off! 😂

Now here’s what makes this group so interesting:

✨ @lisamcphee (in that gorgeous green) curates meaningful connections and experiences that bring women together and support their next-level identity and business growth.

✨ @orlywachter (in the denim jacket and gorgeous crystal necklace -which she made herself ❤️👏🏽) is a psychology-informed copywriter who helps small business owners turn email marketing into actual revenue.

✨ @ann.pataman (in power white) is the founder of The Beauty Codes and an incredible psychic stylist. She reads women’s energy, understands who they are deeply, and teaches women how to use the powerful subliminal messages in our personal style to own every room and conversation we enter. (I love working with her on my own style and expression).

🌺 And that cute lady with the pearls and red flower in her hair? That’s meeee! Some call me Kind Karen.. I’m the creator of BEST IN CLASS™ Organizations. I’m a global keynote speaker, I deliver keynotes, training, team workshops, strategy and coaching to help leaders and organizations reconnect to purpose, power, possibility and impact.

That was my afternoon yesterday!

Four women. Four different businesses. One shared belief that we are all creating extraordinary businesses and making the world a better place - while having fun.

And the best part? No pitches. No pressure. Just fabulous conversation, lots of laughs, new friendships and exciting possibilities!

I LOVED it so much that I’m going to start making Fridays my get out and connect with people (in person) day. ❤️

Here’s to many, many more lunches like this! There are so many amazing people on my Instagram who are in the GTA who I haven’t met in person yet - let’s make it happen!!

Dm me if you’d like to catch up. Tag someone I / we should meet and share why! I’ll follow up on both! ❤️

A little luxury. A lot of laughter. And a room full of fabulous women. 🥂✨

If you’ve ever joined me for High Tea at The Ritz, you know it’s a whole vibe!

The conversations, the connections, the beautiful setting, and of course, the excuse to get a little dressed up. 😉

No awkward networking. No elevator pitches. Just incredible women coming together to enjoy a beautiful afternoon.

Because making new connections should be FUN!

And we’re doing it again!

Celebrating the people in our lives who remind us of who we are and what we're really good at. ❤️

Today is Sunday Funday, and I'm heading to the cottage of my wonderful friend and client, @lisamcphee - the queen of Sunday Funday! Photo is one of many cottage selfies I have with Lisa!

One of the things Lisa often reminds me of (and that I appreciate more than she probably knows) is something she values about working with me. I just handle things.

She can bring me a problem she's having with her systems or an idea she wants to bring to life, and she knows I'll figure out how to make it happen. I do this for her. I do it for her clients. And I do it for the business owners I work with every day.

Sometimes that means fixing something that isn't working. Other times, it's figuring out how to make something work that doesn't exist yet. And I LOVE this part of what I do!

The tech geek in me loves those moments when someone is explaining what they're trying to do, the gears start turning in my brain, and then come the fireworks when I figure out how to make it happen! 🎆

It's also part of what inspired me to create The Quick Fix, my new GoHighLevel troubleshooting and support service.

Because not everyone needs a big project or ongoing implementation support (although I do that too!). Sometimes you just need someone who knows HighLevel, understands how the pieces fit together, and can help you figure out what's going on.

Why isn't that automation firing? Why isn't your calendar syncing? How do you get that form to do what you actually want it to do? Those are exactly the kinds of things I love figuring out!

So I've created three options, starting with a 45-minute live troubleshooting session, with additional support available for more involved issues.

It's also a great way to experience what it's like to work with me if you have a bigger project in mind!

The Quick Fix is officially live! 🎉

I'll put the link in the first comment and in my bio link tree.

And now, I'm off to enjoy some Sunday Funday with Lisa and @feimodern

P.S. Who's someone in your life who reminds you of what you're really good at? Give them a little love today! ❤️ by @lisamcphee

You’ve built a beautiful life. You’ve accomplished things you once only dreamed about.

And you’re not done yet. ✨

There’s a version of your life you’ve been imagining. One with more freedom, more adventure, more meaningful connections, and more of the things that make you feel fully ALIVE.

And maybe you’ve reached the point where you’re no longer interested in just imagining it.

You’re ready to LIVE it.

That’s why I created The Mona Lisa Experience. 💫

A six-month, intimate, luxury experience for accomplished women who are ready to intentionally create an extraordinary next chapter.

Beautiful experiences. Extraordinary women. Meaningful conversations. Personal guidance. And the space to finally make YOU the priority.

Because you don’t need to start over.

You’re starting from experience.

Our next collection begins January 2027, and applications are officially OPEN!

Just 10 women will be invited to join us.

Seven years ago, I couldn’t have imagined this life. ❤️

Another wild and fabulous week in the books!

✈️ NYC for Sara Connell’s Women Starting Movements event and the kickoff of her book tour.

🥂 Reconnecting with extraordinary women, making new friends, and having conversations that remind me why I love what I do.

🎂 Home just in time for a 50th birthday celebration.

🦃 And a beautiful, quiet Thanksgiving weekend with my favourite people.

For the first time in as long as I can remember, I didn’t cook a big Thanksgiving dinner. Just the four of us. And it was perfect.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much life can change in seven years.

The people you meet. The relationships you build. The opportunities you never saw coming. The things you once thought mattered so much that somehow don’t anymore.

And the little moments that turn out to be the big ones.

My life looks nothing like I thought it would seven years ago.

In so many ways, it’s better than I ever imagined.

And I’m just getting started. ❤️✨ by @lisamcphee

Happy birthday to the love of my life. ❤️

Exactly one year ago today, we were on the Amalfi Coast, celebrating you and getting engaged in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This year, we’re home in Toronto, celebrating with the kids which is perfectly you.

I know you’re not someone who asks to be celebrated. You’re usually the one making sure everyone else is okay.

You take care of us. You show up. You think about what we need before we even ask. You give so much of yourself to me, to the kids, to our family and to the people you love.

And today, I want the attention to be on YOU.

I want you to know how loved you are. How much I notice all the things you do that could so easily go unnoticed.

My favourite is probably the simplest one.

Every single morning, before I get out of bed, you make sure there’s a cuddle and a kiss.

Every. Single. Morning.

It’s such a small thing, but it’s one of the ways I know, every day, how loved I am.

We’ve had some pretty incredible adventures together. We’ve travelled to beautiful places, hosted friends and family at the cottage, shared laughs and created memories I’ll never forget.

But when I think about the life I love with you, it isn’t only the big moments.

It’s the mornings.
It’s the ordinary days.
It’s knowing you’re beside me.
It’s being taken care of and loved in a thousand little ways.

These 20 photos are only a tiny glimpse of the life we’ve created together.

One year ago, I said yes to marrying you.

And I’d choose you all over again.

I choose our family.
I choose our adventures.
I choose the ordinary days.
I choose whatever comes next.

I choose you. ❤️

Happy birthday, my love.

Today, I hope you let all of us take care of you for a change and let yourself feel just how incredibly special you are to all of us.

I love you Babe 🥰

Here’s to another trip around the sun and another year of us. 🥂❤️ by @lisamcphee

Well… you gave me an idea. ❤️

I shared a VIP Day I’ve been curating for a private client and several of you reached out about it.

And I thought…

Why don’t I create something like this for more women?

So I did.

Introducing Mona Lisa: The Day Experience™ — intimate, beautifully curated experiences for just four women at a time.

Because I believe some of our best ideas don’t come from sitting at our desks trying to force the answer.

They come when we step away.

When we slow down.

When we create enough space to actually hear ourselves think.

And when we surround ourselves with smart, ambitious women who are willing to have bigger conversations about business, life and what they want next.

I’ve created two experiences:

✨ Reset + Reimagine
A half-day at Shangri-La Toronto
Spa + treatment + luxury mastermind lunch
$497 CAD | 4 seats

✨ Restore + Rise
A full-day at Four Seasons Toronto
Spa + thermal experience + treatment + blowout + luxury mastermind lunch
$797 CAD | 4 seats

These are the Founding Experience rates for the first two dates.

Swipe through for all the details.

And if you looked at one of these and immediately thought YES, I need this — trust that.

DM me RESET or RESTORE and I’ll personally get you booked.

Four women. Beautiful surroundings. Space to exhale. And a table where we get to talk about what you’re creating next.

I have a feeling these are going to be very special. ❤️ by @lisamcphee

This is what a strategy day can look like. ✨

On October 21st, I’m hosting a private VIP Day that I’ve curated for one of my clients.

We’ll begin at the Spa at Four Seasons — slowing down, unwinding and creating some space.

Then we’re getting our hair done and feeling fabulous.

And we’ll finish over a beautiful lunch, where the conversation shifts to her business, her life, what she wants next — and the strategy and decisions that will help her get there.

Because I don’t believe reaching your next level always requires another day sitting in a conference room staring at a flip chart.

Sometimes the best thinking happens when you step out of your everyday environment.

When you create space to think.

When you take care of yourself while also taking your ambitions seriously.

When someone else takes care of the details so you can just show up and focus on you and what’s next.

That’s the idea behind these Private VIP Days.

And I’ve decided I want to create more of them.

I’m opening a few Private VIP Days for women who want dedicated time with me to get clear on what they want next and create the strategy to move toward it — wrapped inside an experience personally curated for them.

No two days need to look the same.

If you could design your perfect VIP Day with me, what would we do?

Or, if you already know you want one:

DM me “VIP” and let’s create yours. by @lisamcphee

When was the last time you asked yourself what you actually want?

Not what makes sense.

Not what you should do next.

Not what would look impressive, make everyone else comfortable, or be the logical next move.

Just…

What do I want now?

I’ve been thinking about this question a lot because I see how difficult it can be for accomplished women to answer.

We’ve spent decades becoming really good at achieving.

Setting the goal.
Making the plan.
Doing the responsible thing.
Building the career, the business, the life.

And then one day, you realize the question has changed.

It’s no longer What can I achieve?

It’s What do I actually want from this next chapter of my life?

So I created something small, simple and very intentional.

What Do I Want Now? is a private guided experience designed to give you the space to explore that question without immediately turning your answer into another goal or five-step plan.

You’ll receive a reflective workbook and a private guided audio where I’ll walk through the experience with you.

Make a coffee. Pour a glass of wine. Take yourself somewhere beautiful. Give yourself an hour.

And see what comes up when nobody else’s opinion gets a vote.

What Do I Want Now? — $11 USD

It’s available now.

Can I brag on my clients for a minute? ❤️

Because this is what the work is really about.

Not another accomplishment to add to the list.
Not proving you can do more.
Not blowing up your life just because you’ve outgrown parts of it.

It’s about getting honest about what you want now — and giving yourself permission to make decisions from that place.

Sometimes that looks like leaving the job.

Sometimes it looks like growing the business.

Sometimes it looks like changing the way you work so there’s actually room for your family, your relationships, your health, your joy… your LIFE.

And sometimes the biggest shift is simply realizing:

I don’t have to keep building a life around the woman I used to be.

This is the work we’re doing inside The Mona Lisa Experience.

Six months.
Ten women.
One question at the centre of it all:

Who are you becoming — and what would it look like to actually live as her?

The next experience begins January 2027.

If something in you has been whispering there’s more for me than this, I’d pay attention to that. ❤️

DM me “MONA LISA” and I’ll send you the details. by @lisamcphee
