Success at the L.I.T. Lympics wasn’t about one person—it was about teamwork. 💪🏾 Every challenge reminded us that when we communicate, support one another, and work toward a common goal, we accomplish more together than we ever could alone. by @litlympicsdmv

WE LIT 🔥😎 by @litlympicsdmv

No matter how old we get, it’s never to late to play and have fun 😎 by @litlympicsdmv

The Flip Cup Relay Race is always one of the most exciting events of the day! 🍻

No lead is ever safe—just when you think a team has it in the bag, another team catches fire and comes from behind to steal the win. That’s what makes this race so fun to watch! 😎 by @litlympicsdmv

Last Saturday well spent with @litlympicsdmv crew 💚

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Nourished by Nons booth at the LIT Lympics.

It was great honor serving as your Wellness Partner, sharing nutrition education, cold-pressed juices, and connecting with such an incredible community.

The Under the Leg Race is one of our favorite LIT games and the teams really got into it. This race will definitely leave a few scares and bruises but the win is well worth it 😎 by @litlympicsdmv

Gratitude to @goombay_inc @litlympicsdmv for having me! It was a great moment watching Adults have fun, competing while being “LIT” 😜🏆.

Gratitude to the New Supporters! Welcome to Soul Revivin 🧃☺️🤎✨ by @litlympicsdmv

The Ultimate Tug of War is always one of the most exciting and intense events of the L.I.T. Lympics! 🔥

It’s a single-elimination competition—lose once and you’re out. Win, and you advance to the next round, with every pull bringing you one step closer to the championship.

This year’s championship matchup featured @goombay_inc vs. @royal.heightness in an epic battle of strength, determination, and teamwork. When the dust settled, Goombay pulled away with the victory! 🏆

One thing is for sure… there are going to be a lot of sore muscles this morning! 😂 by @litlympicsdmv

Let’s talk about the rain that never came. 🌤️

The forecast had everyone expecting rain throughout the day, and it definitely caused some concern leading up to the event. But in the end, Mother Nature blessed us with beautiful weather, and not a single drop fell during the festivities. 🙏🏾

Sometimes you just have to trust the process—and we’re grateful everything came together for an amazing day! 💯 by @litlympicsdmv

Big shout out to one of our photographers @sdovevegas42 for capturing some amazing photos at our 2026 LIT LYMPICS!
