Quick stroll through the game room! 20 years of collecting squeezed into 300 square feet.. and there’s still more packed in the garage 😅

Game Room 2022. It’s changed lots of times over the years - including many years in storage - but the passion for the hobby hasn’t faded ❤️

I’m auctioning off 3 items from my personal collection on @insertbid starting tomorrow!

My #nintendo #playchoice Countertop is super nice, all original with the coin box, overlays, and buttons/joysticks. Has 4 rare toppers and 16 games including some gems like Mega Man 3, Castlevania, Mario 2 & 3, Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2, Rescue Rangers, and lots more.

My Sharp #nes TV is also super nice, fully functional with 2 controllers and extra remotes (not the “game” remotes unfortunately).

Finally a #gameboycolor/#gamecube translite that’s been in my collection since 2004. It was pulled out of a GameCrazy store.

Take a look, bid, or share with anyone you think might be interested!

Ocarina of Time means a lot to me. I still have my original CIB copy from 1998! It remains to this day one of the most meaningful gaming experiences of my life. Some say it’s one of the greatest games of all time, some say it’s super overrated; no matter what you think, it’s impossible to overstate the permanent impact it had on action/adventure games. So I did a little game room corner dedication to it!

Special shoutout to @jonebone7 who parted with his @vgagrading 85+ Collector’s Edition he’s owned since 2010! It’s now at home next to my original copy from 1998.

Featured OoT Displays:

- Wal-Mart full size triangle display
- “Play It Here” TV cover on 13” Sony Trinitron
- “Reserve Your Copy Now” counter display with reservation tear offs
- 2-sided banner

I’m never going to own a sealed Daytime Screenshots… so these 2 are a decent runner-up set! 🏎️

Rad Racer first print 9.4 CIB
Rad Racer Rev-A circle seal 9.0 A

My final legacy case submission from @watagames. The new cases are great, but it’s just something about the legacy cases I love. Pour one out 🫗 by @little_nemo_games

Amazing Paperboy Delivers! Three cheers for this classic gem. Never-ending replay-ability, and tricky to find a first print in mint condition.

Already a NES Zapper crackshot at 3 years old. It’s always fun seeing her enjoy the game room. Currently running Duck Hunt on the Sharp NES TV.

Collecting journeys don’t have to be linear. I’m more of a CIB collector, but this sealed Ninja Gaiden III (swipe to see) will fit in just well with the others. It’s actually the only 9.6 on the @watagames pop report. This series is so memorable for me: The HUNDREDS of deaths trying to get past arguably the most challenging platforming ever created at the time. But my friends and I loved the challenge. It’s no surprise that it still holds up and is one of the best series on the NES, IMO.

The original Donkey Kong. For many, the quintessential arcade game. Any time I see this arcade cab in the wild, I smile.

This copy is special though. I was surprised to see there’s no known sealed copies of either of the gloss sticker sealed variants on the @watagames pop report, and so this is now the single highest graded CIB gloss sticker at 9.2. I’m sure there are nicer copies that exist somewhere, but I’m happy to say that this at least has to be one of the nicest gloss sticker copies that exist!

@collectiblesgradingprep helped me clean this one up a bit, and the results speak for themselves!

Early print/late print CIB collection complete for the Super Mario Bros trilogy. A long time in the making, but no series deserves it more.
