6 years at black belt, 16 years on the mat. Honored to be promoted by my professor @rmajiujitsu to 2nd Degree Black Belt last night alongside one of my oldest training partners @yas_wij and see @rmajiujitsu get his 4th degree. Blessed to be able share this journey with @lindsaygarcia14 and our kids. Thank you to my team @rampagebjj and everyone who has been a part of this journey! Looking forward to many more years!!!

So proud of this little dude. He's been working on his own to find what type of game he likes to play and quickly found he loves the guard, loves the triangle, and he loves to pass standing. So, thats exactly what he did. He listened so well to my coaching, kept such a positive attitude regardless of losing, and is already asking to compete again. by @littlecaesarbjj

Come celebrate with us this Saturday, June, 1st from 10am-Noon. We will have the Kona Ice truck from 10:30-11:30, special treats from our friends at 407 Nutrition, special enrollment discounts, and of course an open mat! Free and open to everyone! Hope to see you there!!! by @littlecaesarbjj

Happy Mother's day @lindsaygarcia14 You are selfless and sacrificial in your love to us and bring us endless joy. We love you!!! by @littlecaesarbjj

I didn't really know my grandparents growing up. I have a vague memory of meeting one of my Grandmother's when I was little. It wasn't until I started to date/marry @lindsaygarcia14 and got to know her family that I knew what it was like to have a relationship with grandparents.

Duane Dieleman was immediately welcoming to me and treated me like family the second I met him. That was his character. He was there when I asked Tom Dieleman for his blessing to marry Lindsay. He taught me how to swing a golf club. He taught me that one plate of seconds or one bowl of ice cream was never enough.

I love you Grandpa and will miss you dearly. by @littlecaesarbjj

Felt great to compete again after a year off. My cardio needs work, but I'm thankful to have been out there.

Thankful for my @rampagebjj family for their constant support, my wife for pushing me to get better, and a special shoutout to Puyear family for hanging around to watch my matches.

Thank you @rmajiujitsu @larrysutherland1 @captainflanny for coaching and guiding me and my Reding Martial Arts/RMA East Side teammates.

Special shout out to my friend @markfrance100 for helping coach me in my first match and for the insightful talk afterwards.

I never imagined I'd end up going back to school to finish my degree after opening @rampagebjj in 2019.

School was tough at times while juggling the duties of running our Martial Arts business, helping Lindsay run her business, taking care of our 3 kids, and still trying to pursue personal hobbies.

First, I'm grateful to the Lord for how He continues to bless me abundantly and allows me to show our kids what hard work and perseverance looks like 🙏

Thankful for my amazing wife @lindsaygarcia14 who supported and encouraged me through all of it. She shouldered the burden of a lot of different things while I was doing school work every day. Thank you also to my parents who played a big part as well. I couldn't have done this without them.

From blue belt to black belt, Master @octaviocoutobjj has been a pillar in my Jiu-Jitsu journey. He has directly influenced the way I teach, the way I train, the way I approach Jiu-Jitsu as a whole. To say he has had an impact on me is an understatement.

I was never greeted by Octavio without a big hug and a smile. A greeting of some variation of "Little Caesar! Good to see you my friend!"

One of my goals when opening @rampagebjj was to have Octavio come visit and share his amazing way of Jiu-Jitsu with my students. Showing him a school that he directly influenced and help produce. I was honored to have him come and be there when Mark Reding promoted me to 1st Degree Black Belt.

His influence across the WORLD will not be forgotten.

Love and miss you Octavio ❤️
A friend, a mentor, a coach, an inspiration.

Happy Independence Day, America 🫡🇺🇸 by @littlecaesarbjj

Can't express how proud I am of my wife on her promotion to Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. @lindsaygarcia14 had been a purple belt for over 6 years, training through pregnancies and injuries, juggling being a business owner, mom, wife, and coach, but through out it all she never quit. So blessed to have her be my first brown belt 💕

Two of our kids were also promoted to new belts in BJJ. So proud of them for sticking with it and love seeing them have FUN on the mats together and making friendships.

Our gym also celebrated its 4 year anniversary where we were able to promote a bunch of kids to new belts, promote 2 new adult blue belts, multiple stripes, and have a great time with our Rampage Family.

Blessed and thankful 🙏 by @littlecaesarbjj
