LET THEM

If they walk away, let them. If they misunderstand you, let them. If they gossip, judge, or doubt, let them. If they don't show up for you, let them.

You don't have to chase. You don't need to explain. You don't need to fix it. Let them do what they do and you do what brings you peace.

Protect your energy. Focus on your path. Release the need to control. If it's meant for you, it won't require force.

You are not too much. You are not too little. You are just not for them and that's okay. 🩶 by @littleworldof_mel

The Weight I Carry

There are nights when the world becomes unbearably quiet, and all I can hear are the thoughts I try so hard to outrun. Life has a way of placing invisible weight on people who already know what it feels like to be hurt deeply. Yet somehow, even with tired bones and a heavy heart, I continue to rise. Not because it's easy, but because something inside me refuses to let darkness have the final word.

I've learned that strength is not loud. Sometimes strength is simply surviving another day without giving up on yourself. Sometimes it's choosing hope while your heart is still healing from things nobody apologized for. And maybe that's the beauty of becoming, the way broken pieces slowly turn into wisdom, softness, and a kind of light that no hardship can ever take away. by @littleworldof_mel

they asked her,
"how do you get through tough moments?"

she answered,
"do not trust the way you see yourself when your mind is turbulent, and remember that even pain is temporary. honor your boundaries, treat yourself gently, let go of perfection, and feel your emotions without letting them control you. you have enough experience to face the storm and evolve from it."

And somewhere
Somewhere the atoms stopped fusing
I'm still your favorite regret
You're still my weapon of choosing
And out there stuck in a quantum pattern
Tangled with what I never said
You say it doesn't matter
I wanna be forgiven
I wanna choke up chunks of my own sins
Even if the sky cracks in mourning
And the heavens just won't open up for me
Would you invite me in again?
Let me pay for my arrogance?
Won't you show me your weakness?
I made loving you a blood sport
I made loving you a blood sport
I made loving you a blood sport I can't win
I made loving you a blood sport
I made loving you a blood sport
I made loving you a blood sport I can't win

i am the glory of woman. curved with galaxies. freckled with shooting stars. painted with lightning & i will not be shamed for it.

your body is your vessel, it's your house, it's where you live, it's taken you all the way here and will take you to the end.

It deserves to be loved.
You deserve to be loved.
