Rumor has it… we have someone new to introduce.🏙️

Say hello to @brunsfield.northloop , the newest addition to the Collective portfolio!

Formerly known as Phoenix North Loop, the property is bringing back its original name, Brunsfield. And with two other Collective communities already in the neighborhood, we’re feeling pretty at home in the North Loop. 😉

Welcome home, Brunsfield North Loop! 🏡

Great States Construction and Collective brought the fun to their workplace campaign, bringing coworkers together to give back to our community.

Thanks for showing us how it’s done! 💙 #UnitedIsTheWay by @liveat_collective

When we say resident first, we mean it. 😂

We can have our moment, but when a resident needs us, we’re there.

Whatever you need, we’ve got you. 🫶

The best way to know what life at a 55+ property is like? Let our residents tell you. 🫶

This resident review says it pretty well. A helpful team, a well cared for community, plenty of activities, and a place that feels like home.

That’s what we’re aiming for across all of our 55+ communities: places where residents feel connected and genuinely at home.

We’re grateful to the residents who share their experiences with us. 🤍 by @liveat_collective

Giving back looks a little different in every community. 🫶

From painting tiny homes for veterans to collecting diapers and wipes for families in need, our teams across Collective are finding ways to show up for the communities we’re part of.

Different communities, different needs, same idea: find a way to help and get involved.

Proud of our teams. 💙 by @liveat_collective

We’d like to formally apologize for making apartment living so easy to love.

Some things are better before you know what’s coming. 🤾💦

Our @unitedwaycassclay dunk tank fundraiser did not disappoint.

Five of our team members took the plunge, and judging by the replay, some of the participants had a little too much fun with it. 🥎

Thanks to our staff for being cool with a little good-natured chaos for a good cause!

50 Best Places to Work has a nice ring to it👀

We were recognized by Prairie Business Magazine, and needless to say we’re pretty excited about it.

A big shoutout to the people who make Collective such a great place to show up to every day. 🫶

Thanks for the hype, @gfherald !

This is what happens when you give a bunch of coworkers a fundraising goal and a dunk tank.

Our @unitedwaycassclay campaign got a little competitive, a little chaotic, and five people earned themselves a very wet afternoon. 💦

Those top five fundraisers are taking the plunge.
Check back soon. 👀

POV: you found the perfect way to spend a Wednesday night 🥤🤸‍♀️✨

Pilates on the BLOC patio + sunshine + a dirty soda from Pop’s = we’re calling that a successful evening 💕 Thanks for coming out and making Pilates & Pop’s one for the books! by @liveat_collective

If you’ve spent some time around our properties, you probably already know which property matches each of these. 👀🐾

Did we get it right?

Just a little National Dog Day appreciation for the four-legged residents who keep things interesting around here. 🐶 by @liveat_collective
