30 pounds down, stronger than ever, and built like an absolute unit.

In just a few short months, Dino has dropped 30 pounds, added noticeable muscle, and completely transformed his body.

When Dino first came to me, he was barely eating enough to support his training. He plays hockey full time, trains hard in the gym, and believed a massive calorie deficit was the fastest way to lose body fat.

He was eating over 1,000 calories below what his body needed. His recovery was poor, his strength was limited, and his progress had started to stall.

Once we adjusted his nutrition, everything changed.

Dino started eating more food, properly fueling his body, and giving himself what he needed to perform. His energy improved. His mood improved. His workouts became stronger. His pumps got better. His recovery improved, and his body started responding again.

This is what happens when you stop starving your body and start fueling it with purpose.

Congratulations, Dino. You earned every part of this transformation through hard work, discipline, and consistency. I am extremely proud of you, and I cannot wait to see what you accomplish next.

Show Dino some love in the comments. He deserves it.

Be the father you wish you had.

I hear dads say all the time, “Life happened. Kids happened. I stopped training and let myself go.”

I don’t understand that mindset.

Your kids should make you take your health MORE seriously, not less.

You have people depending on you now.

You don’t need to be shredded.
You don’t need to live in the gym.
But being strong, healthy, capable, and disciplined should matter even more once you become a father.

Your kids watch what you do.

They watch how you eat.
How you take care of yourself.
How you handle stress.
How you show up when life gets hard.

So no, your kids are not the reason you fell out of shape.

They should be one of the biggest reasons you refuse to.

Be strong enough to protect them.
Healthy enough to be there for them.
And disciplined enough to lead by example.

GLP-1 OR NOT… FAT LOSS HAS NEVER CHANGED. 👀

Ozempic. Wegovy. Mounjaro. Retatrutide.

They may make the process easier.

They do not change the principles.

If you want to lose body fat and keep your muscle:

🔥 Stay in a calorie deficit
🥩 Eat enough protein every day
🏋️ Lift weights at least 3x per week
🚶 Stay active
💧 Hydrate and recover

Your medication may help control hunger and make eating fewer calories easier.

But it does not replace the work.

You still need the right nutrition.

You still need resistance training.

You still need consistency.

The tool can change.
The formula does not.

Eat fewer calories than you burn.
Keep protein high.
Train hard.
Protect your muscle.
Lose the fat.

That’s the game.

GLP-1 or no GLP-1.

Want help building a fat-loss plan that protects your muscle while the weight comes off?

DM me “LEAN.” And let’s hop on a call today 💪🏻

Fat loss is not a magic pill. 💊

It’s math.

And most people are making it harder than it needs to be.

🚶 10,000 steps per day
For many people, that can mean roughly 300–500 calories of movement, depending on body size and pace.

Over 7 days, that can add up to a serious difference.

🍽️ Stop guessing your calories
An extra 200–300 calories from snacks, sauces, drinks, and random bites can completely erase your deficit.

If you do not track it, you are guessing.

🥔 Eat more food for fewer calories
Lean protein, potatoes, fruit, vegetables, and other high-volume foods help fill your stomach without destroying your calorie target.

The fuller you feel, the easier the diet is to follow.

💧 Stay hydrated
Water supports training, digestion, recovery, and helps you stay consistent with your routine.

🏋️ Lift weights
Cardio helps burn calories.

Strength training helps you keep muscle while the fat comes off.

That is how you build the lean look most people actually want.

❌ Stop trying to spot reduce
More crunches will not specifically burn belly fat.

Your body decides where fat comes off first.

Your job is simple:

✅ Control calories
✅ Get your steps
✅ Lift weights
✅ Eat filling foods
✅ Drink your water
✅ Repeat

You do not need a perfect diet.

You need a plan you can follow long enough for it to work.

DM “COACHING” and stop guessing today.

Let’s get to work. 💪

I know what it feels like to feel helpless.

I never forgot that feeling.

It became one of the biggest reasons I chose to dedicate my life to helping others become stronger, healthier, and more capable.

I want to be the person for others that I once needed myself.

That’s my driver.
That’s my purpose.
That’s my why.

The stack 👇

• 5x per week training (progressive overload)
• 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Lean protein – chicken breast, egg whites, whey isolate, 0% Greek yogurt, 0% cottage cheese, lean cuts of steak, white fish
• 1.5 gallons of water daily
• 10,000 steps minimum
• Living the lifestyle 365 days per year
• 1 to 2 rest days per week (recovery is a must)

There is no secret injection.

No magic compound.

It sounds disappointing at first.

I’m still locking in.

Once I understood the why, my life just feels better.

More energy.

More focus.

Better time management.

I can actually be there for my family.

I’m not a liability.

I can protect my people.

People respect me.

I have earned that respect.

Once I knew the why, consistency became easy to integrate.

For coaching DM “READY” and let’s get to work ✅✅✅

Pull-ups are the king of upper-body exercises. 👑

They help you:

✅ Build a wider, stronger back
✅ Develop your lats, upper back, and arms
✅ Improve your grip strength
✅ Build stronger, more stable shoulders
✅ Move through a full range of motion
✅ Get stronger on many other lifts

Pull-ups are not just about building muscle. They teach you how to control your own body and keep your upper body strong as you age.

If you cannot do one yet, start with assisted pull-ups and keep practicing. Strength takes time, but every rep counts.

How many pull-ups can you do right now? Drop your number below. 👇
