POSTS STORIES REELS
I used to stay awake for 20 hours a day because I thought ‘productivity’ took priority over signs of exhaustion. I was wrong. I was just an identity thief stealing from my own future. 👤🚫 My origin story isn't a "wellness" brochure. It’s a silent battlefield. I grew up in a household where sleep was a generational struggle. By my 20s, I was weaponizing my rest to fuel an eating disorder and a "workaholic" identity. I discovered dreamwork to fix toxic cycles of sleep paralysis and insomnia behaviour... it worked! Something shifted! Quietly I studied diverse research and perspectives on sleep and dreams. However, with the demands of the media industry, I slowly slid into old patterns. The result? Days of haze and poor decisions. Inability to recover fast. My immune system always low. My moods fluctuating constantly. Eventually, I had a burst ovarian cyst that landed me in the hospital. 🏥 My hardware literally snapped because I refused to stop "overclocking" the system. Even after that, I battled those toxic patterns because I refused to look inwards. I went into the "dream closet" again to rebuild myself from the cells up. This time, going even deeper. I realized that my dreams weren't just "sleep time movies"—they were the Biological Supercomputer trying to repair the damage I was doing while awake. 🧬 Since 2020, I’ve been helping communities, brands, hotels, and high-performers stop 'powering through' and start architecting their sovereignty through sleep and dreams. 🏛️✨ On the other side of this deprogramming: ✨ Radical healing of the reproductive and nervous systems. ✨ Imagination that functions on overflow, not depletion. ✨ Decisions that are sharp, intuitive, and grounded. The gate is open when you are ready. #sleepbetternaturally #sleepwell #sleep by @livyvongoh
5 months of growing our little bub 👼 while living life in motion—from festival grounds to quiet forest corners and dusty RV drives. If this season has taught me anything, it’s that rest isn't a reward for finishing work; it’s the foundation for creation. 🦋Learning to slow down & listen deeply while travelling has been a wild, beautiful lesson in surrender. The biggest highlight? Watching @withhimmat step into his fatherhood era ⛰️ The way he’s held space for my body to rest, managed the chaos of life on the road, and anchored our little family with so much steady love… I couldn't ask for a better life partner and I fall in love with you more everyday ❤️‍🔥 Halfway there, and feeling so deeply deeply grateful for this quiet expansion, the fam & friends around us and mother nature 🌸 How can we carve out moments of true sanctuary, small or big, when life is in a season of big movement? 🌊 by @livyvongoh
I am still astounded how stars aligned for this moment to happen at @gardensbythebay ✨️ An iconic landmark in my home country. Core memory unlocked! This quarter has been fast and overwhelming for many with many cultural events & celebrations inter-weaving. An honour to guide others to drop inwards for deeper and more expansive rest. We became one with the nature around us. It has been a long way since livestreaming during covid. Thank you to all who have supported this work. Special thanks to @heveyasg @lotte_ten for bringing us altogether for World Sleep Day and creating unique community events to facilitate rest and connection 🌱 To future co-creations 💫 by @livyvongoh

To think that a little seed is becoming a little human inside of Liv's belly just blows my mind.. 🌱 Multiple times a day I just have to stop what I'm doing and take that in, how crazy amazing that women can do that?? 🥹 Then other times I feel completely overwhelmed with the overload of information, advice, and opinions that float around in this process, thats just part of it. But more than anything, witnessing @livyvongoh in the initiation to the motherhood path has been so incredibly magical. I'm in awe all the time 😍 The intuition, the nurturing, the nesting, the priorities, the boundaries, the dedication, the connection to the baby and its spirit. Something so special 💖 I am SO proud of you, and will always support you in every way I can, always!! Swipe to see some of the journey 👉🏽 by @livyvongoh
Okay, we HAD to share this. Livy, our Co-founder, is usually the picture of grace and warmth… and then there are the moments the social team catches on camera that make us lose it every single time. This is one of them. Turns out running a fashion brand and running through a festival field look exactly the same when Livy’s involved. Swipe through for the chaos, the joy, and the very real proof that our founders are just as ridiculous (and lovable) as the rest of us 🥹 Drop a 😂 if this made your day, and tell us who’s the “Livy” of your friend group? #founderstory #businessowner by @livyvongoh
Hi, we’re HAYAQI. We heard you’re our kind of people. The ones who feel most at home in the in-between, carrying more than one culture, more than one story, more than one place you call “home.” That’s exactly the space we were built for. We’re a multi-cultural fashion brand creating intentional pieces that honor ancient crafts and carry the stories of generations. Every piece starts with real hands, artisans who’ve spent lifetimes perfecting techniques passed down long before us, and will be passed down long after. Nothing mass-produced. Nothing meaningless. Just clothing that means something, made by people who care. If you’ve ever wanted what you wear to say more than “I liked how this looked” you’re exactly who we made this for. Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here. #HAYAQI #multiculture #fashion by @livyvongoh
Nobody warned us it would feel like this. Building a business isn’t just hard, it breaks you, rebuilds you, and the cycle repeats. That’s the process. That’s the price. That's the win. And it’s worth every single moment. #buildingbusiness #buildingbrand #founderstory by @livyvongoh
Before we build, we ask. Before we create, we honor. The Balinese blessing ceremony for HAYAQI store wasn’t just a ritual, it was a conversation with something greater than ourselves. Smoke, flowers, and intention rising into the same sky that will witness everything we build from here. This is only the beginning. Follow along, you won’t want to miss what comes next. 🌾 #balineseceremony #melaspas #blessings by @livyvongoh
