What you eat matters if your joints hurt or your feet hurt back hurts for no reason arthritis , inflammation , cavities ,Diabetes , headaches , bloating etc. If you eat something and feel indigestion something is wrong with what you ate it is harming your body and yes the body can take it for a while but as we get older in our 30's and beyond it starts to catch up , every piece of candy,, soda , energy drink , deserts etc. Get a little uncomfortable be a little hungry at least once in a 24 hour period don't just eat if you feel.hungry especially if you are overweight under muscled with excess bodyfat. by @llamaruda
