Fancy dinner time at @maydanmarket @eatvesti such a wonderful experience. Italian omekase.

Dishes from what I remember:

1. king salmon sashimi with cured cucumbers, crispy salmon skin, cucumber snow, topped with trout row.

2. Blu cheese with beets, croutons and candied nuts.

3. Cacio de pepe cheese puff with asiago cheese crisp

4. Chicken wings with this Asian/ Mexican inspired hot sauce/ salsa with Szechuan pepper chili oil

5. Fluffy egg toast on home made focaccia with sardines, pickled onions, fennel fronds

6. 21 day aged tomahawk steak with crispy fries potatoes, creamed spinach with pepper butter compound. ( As a group we were offered steak dinner in replacement of a few other dishes)

7. Bread pudding with day old house made foccacia.
