Swipe to see where I started to where I’m at now *

When I first started going to the gym, I had no plan, no discipline, and wasn’t holding myself accountable. I was eating wrong and telling myself I’d “work it off,” but that only set me back.

This is a 6-month transformation—from 210 lbs to 175 lbs. It didn’t happen overnight, but consistency changed everything.

I’m not here to sell anything—just to inspire and motivate others to become healthier, better versions of themselves.
