A feeling that no many people in the world get to experience, the moments in the changing room before your name gets called, the sickness and fire in the belly, adrenaline pumping walking out to the unknown shoulder to shoulder way your brothers about to go to war, there’s no a drug on this planet that will ever come close, grateful a get to experience this all glory to god 🙏👊🏻⚔️ by @llognn_bkb

A week late but

BKB60 Newcastle 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👊🏻

Back reflecting on last weekend and feeling proud of everyone involved.
The performances showed the work that goes into this sport. Getting in there takes more than just balls, it’s build for certain types of fighters like @llognn_bkb / @james.mccorrie86 / @jontelfer_ / @johnhamiltonbkb and @brianhyslop

Who all put on a show at fought hard fights & showed were they belong.. at the Top👊🏻

so much happens before that— fitting training around work, family and everyday pressures, then showing up again when you’re tired and things aren’t going your way.

It’s a different way of life, and being around it gives you a real appreciation for what these lads put into every opportunity.

Looking at where they started, what they’ve had to learn and the performances they’re producing now, there’s plenty to be proud of. Being part of that journey through their S&C makes weekends like this mean that bit more. Got James to be hardest fittest Da in scotland easily👊🏻

Especially coaching logan to another unreal performance with a 1st KO. The work and help from all the guys at ScottishHitSquad can’t thank them enough!

You come away with memories, lessons and a clearer picture of what needs to happen next. Time to recover, reflect and build again.

This all wouldn’t be as easy without the work @curtisboyneimpactbkb for the nutrition work, helping fighters make weigh through camp and coaching duties

@alignd_gla for physiotherapy work and knowledge put in to everyone he worked with in last couple months

@jamie_choirboy_mcgowan for being my right hand man coaching+ working with logan through another successful camp. Your experience for everyone in the back brung a positive presence and corner work again👊🏻

@doaltybkb for the support and training whilst in camp yourself preparing for BKFC glasgow👊🏻

@amc_boxingpt leading the way for scottish Bareknuckle/ Boxing. Throughly deserving your flowers for the wins against big names & former world champ.
You’ve done more for your fighters than they’ll ever know.

Another massive fight night done and dusted with my good friends and clients @johnhamiltonbkb @llognn_bkb @james.mccorrie86

And it was a good night at the office with 2 of the 3 getting a first round stoppage and jimmy’s fight only being called for a doctors stoppage.

Couldn’t work with a finer bunch of men not one ounce of quit between them.

Can’t wait see how far we can go 👊🏽

For enquiries on working with me to elevate your fight game, just ask these lads their opinion.
