Let me tell you why I’m starting this club. 🐾

Back in middle school, my coach started something called JYD — to make us “tough as Junkyard Dogs.” Show up. Work hard. Come back a little sorer and a little tougher. Physically and more importantly, mentally.

That program changed my life. Discipline. Brotherhood. A coach who actually cared.

Now I’m a certified personal trainer, and I’m bringing that vision to Huntsville.💚🤍
