![#amigurumay2025day5 [ENG/PT] outdoor or inside
If I had to choose between being indoors or outside, I’d definitely pick being close to nature. Most of the photos on my profile were taken outdoors, because that’s where I feel most at ease — and I feel like my art blooms better out there too.
This photo is of Tijubina, the name I gave to a lizard of the Ameiva ameiva species that I designed for Amis do Brasil, a collaborative project that celebrated Brazilian wildlife.
The picture was taken at my dad’s land in the Northeast of Brazil, right in the heart of the caatinga.
Oh, how I love this biome of mine! The plants of the caatinga teach us so much about resilience — about enduring hard times and holding on. Because the moment the first rain falls, it’s as if the drought had never happened 🏜️♥️
