We had the privilege of getting to pair our food with the incredible Zumbador tequilas last week. Loved having everyone on the patio to celebrate. More paired dinners coming soon. Stay tuned.

Nobody throws a party like @chefadriantorres and the @vivamaximohouston team.

Not just a tent. A whole other world! 🔥

From vibrant lighting and custom draping to bold patterns, statement furnishings, and an epic circular bar, every inch of this space was transformed into a psychedelic party paradise.

Proof that with the right vision and an incredible team, the possibilities under a tent are endless!

Incredibly honored to retain our Bib status. The fire at Maximo is just getting started. Huge thanks to the team for all their hard work.

LFG!!! by @localfoodstexas

True wonders can happen under a tent… Particularly when it’s been transformed into a psychedelic oasis! Blanketed with over 200 yards of Pantone-matched jersey, orange shag carpet, a DJ temple, and custom vinyl patterns that wrapped 20’ tall plinths and 30+ pieces of furniture, guest were transported to an entrancing night of good friends, great music and an endless supply of hospitality (courtesy of the custom-built 16’ circular bar)!
