Window vinyl installed! ✅

Jimena’s Dad, Marco, has a background in design and vinyl installation (among many other things!) and helped us install our sign for the studio window. Thanks, Dad!

We’re so excited to have a place to create.

See you soon!

Ever shoot a stop-motion sequence and the results feel choppy? 🧐 Here are some tips we’ve learned along the way:

1. Use a tripod: this is only necessary if you want results that feel smooth & seamless. Sometimes a little shake can add some energy and manual feel to the motion!

2. If possible, use an external shutter/button. Even the smallest shake from touching your camera can mess up your sequence. We don’t want that🙂‍↔️

3. Always shoot a clean plate. That way, you can clean up imperfections in post, and even reposition things if needed 😉

4. In the edit, use layer transparency to make sure items are lined up from frame to frame.

5. Be careful when moving objects as you shoot each step of the sequence! Slightly bumping an object will throw off the whole thing.

6. Use continuous lighting! This one is an important one and is sometimes overlooked. You can use a strobe/flash if you’re ready to match the exposure in post (strobe lighting can be somewhat inconsistent when working with multiple frames.) so it’s best to work with lighting that isn’t changing at all shot-by shot.

Hey!👋 We’re excited to introduce our video + photo studio.

The space is 1300 sqft and centrally located in our hometown of good ol’ Plant City, FL. This is a place that will allow us to keep learning and creating in ways we have always wanted to.

We can’t wait to collaborate with our community of friends and local creators. Message us if you’re looking for a studio space for your photo or video needs, we’d love to host your shoot!

More to come! 📸🎥

Our favorite part about what we do is getting to know the people whose stories we are telling.

We love to listen, share laughs and spend time with them as they open up to us and give us a peek into their day-to-day lives.

We’re so grateful for opportunities to tell those stories and to hang out with people who do what they love, just like we do. 🙂
