My Ace ❤️ @acejigg13

#couples #workout #love #goldsgym by @locdandvibey

This bundle comes in different flavors, so there’s something for everyone.

I’ve used it on and off over the years, especially after having my two kids, and it’s always been one of my favorite ways to stay on track with my goals.

As moms, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to pour into ourselves.

Sometimes we all need that extra push, and this has been one of mine.

My kids & my man deserve a mom who feels confident, healthy, and energized—and that’s exactly what I’m working toward every day.

Comment SHRED and I’ll send it over!

Okay… WHY did nobody tell me about these?! 👀😮‍💨

I’ve been putting on my Intake Extra Strength Sport Tabs before heading out because I love how they help open my nasal passages and support easier airflow.

And the fact that they can be part of your nighttime routine too? 👀 If you’re someone who struggles with nasal breathing or snoring, you’re definitely going to want to look into these.

Sometimes it’s the tiniest little things that make the biggest difference. 👃🏽✨

Would you try these? 👀 @intakebreathing

If you’ve been wondering how my 🍑 went from a pancake to a peach… consistency is the answer. 🙌🏽

I’ve been taking creatine consistently for years while training my glutes, and it has been one of the staples in my routine. Now I found these Creatine Fizz Stix from EHP Labs, and I’m obsessed because they’re so convenient! 💖

Each stick has 5g of creatine, zero sugar, and you don’t even need water. Just pour it in your mouth and go. 🤯

The best part? It reminds me of eating Pixy Stix as a kid, except now it’s helping fuel my workouts instead of giving me a sugar rush. 😂

I even included my before & after glute transformation so you can see what consistency, training, and sticking with creatine over time has done for me. Results don’t happen overnight—but they do happen when you keep showing up.

⚠️ Creatine isn’t magic and it won’t grow your glutes by itself. Pair it with progressive strength training, enough protein, and consistency for the best results.

🛒 Grab yours by simply commenting PIXY & I’ll send it straight to your DM’s before they’re gone!
