"The Perfectionist: Thinks work is bad unless it is 100% flawless"
2 steps forwards, 4 steps back.

I want it more now. I want to beat me every day.

On to the next. by @lochlann05

First bit of progress made, back to where I left off my season last year. Ended last year with a windy 22.65, this year I claw into stride with a windy 22.60. Making my way back slowly, more training needed, hips were poor, cadence died. Onto the next. by @lochlann05

Tenerife 2025.

In just 5 days so many things happened, what a way to enjoy the days leading up to Christmas. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Hot weather training in winter, something I've dreamed of doing for years, and for good reason, that was the nicest training I've done since summer.

What a holiday, but still I trained almost every day, so as always, onto the next. by @lochlann05

It's all over, 2025 wrapped up.
The longest wait time for a windy and cold run, was a sobering experience, just some fun whilst going through my winter training.
I feel good, it's a calm finish to my season.
As always.

First attempt at senior champs, went a bit worse than expected, missed 100m finals by 0.04s.
200s went a little better, fought a headwind in the heat and by 0.01 I made the finals. About 50m into the finals my right hamstring nearly pulled/tore, had to ease off, still though, I ran the finals.
Major work needed, I've got more rounds in the chamber yet to come.

As usual, onto the next. by @lochlann05

A life goal achieved. A dream came true.
Ran 11.03s in the first 100, and I just knew I had to run it back and go for it. And...
10.99 with +0.9m/s wind. A legal sub-11.

Linwood season opener with amazing form.
11.18 over 100m
22.79 over 200m
More training, more hunger. Onto the next. by @lochlann05

Strongest start of the outdoor season I could ever ask for, brilliant weather, brilliant time (11.24) and lots to look forward to now. On to the next. by @lochlann05

A few photos of a long day out competing at Unis Indoors. Congrats to everyone who I raced, great effort and energy across the board. Huge thanks to the volunteers too, couldn't have even had a run without them officiating. by @lochlann05

Great way to finish the season, comfortably in my best form ever. by @lochlann05

It's not everything that I had hoped for, but it's everything I could possibly have given. On to the next. by @lochlann05

Big winds and great times. 22.38 in the heat for 1st and 22.48 in the final for 5th place. On to the next. by @lochlann05
