Great leaders know when to step back and how to step in!

Leadership isn’t about being the most skilled person in the room. It’s about understanding the work well enough to guide, support, and take action when it matters most.

Your team may be more skilled than you in their areas of expertise, and that’s a strength, not a threat!

Leadership isn’t just about managing people. It’s about understanding the work behind what they do. by @logic.training

Sales is a science. Making it unforgettable? That’s an art.✨

The science gives you the tools. The art is knowing when, where, and how to use them.

It’s in the energy you bring, the questions you ask, the way you listen, and the connections you create.

Because anyone can learn how to sell. But turning a sales conversation into an experience? That’s where the magic happens! ⚡️ by @logic.training

One mission. Multiple eras. Zero room to slow down. ⏳
