Good morning Peeps!

Finding this last week a roller coaster of emotions.

Back to school. Back to routines. Or. New routines. All scary!

Many of you Moms have dropped off kids at Uni and are now empty nesters. Yikes!

Other Moms like me. Grade 12 for Sasha. Embracing everything around me to enjoy Sasha and her friends before flying the coop.

Still grieving the departing of my Dad. When I hear of another parent passing. The feelings of loss come rushing back in.

Fine lines of emotion that we balance but keep trucking forward while juggling all our daily duties.

My new class schedule begins next Monday, September 12.

I understand how hard it can be to get up and out and through the studio door.

Though we all are maneuvering through challenges, know you are in a safe place with like minded individuals when you come to class.

Having fun while getting fit. A wellness journey.

Reach out of you would like to give a class a go. Time to pamper you. The best decision you will make for self care❤
