Helping you make lasting transformation by working with your hormones, not against them🧠🧘🏽‍♀️

Nowhere near where I want to be, but far from where I started🙏🏽

This is what a lifestyle change looks like🔁

Nearly 2 years since I started taking my health and fitness seriously:
Still have snacks, still enjoy myself on holiday, still live my life… and STILL MAKING PROGRESS📈

And that’s the point, it was never about being perfect; it was about being consistent enough to make the right decisions, even when I didn’t feel like it🤍

No crash diet, no over training, just building a plan I can stick to🙌🏽

📲 If you want to build a body and lifestyle you love from anywhere in the world, DM me “TRANSFORM” and we can put something together for you!🩷 by @lola_allward

Keep showing up and the results don’t have a choice 💭🙌🏽

Just over 12 months apart and a completely different person. I know how it feels to be unhappy in your own body🙏🏽
Doing everything you think you should and still seeing no change.
Feeling like your body is working against you.

What actually changed:
🧠 I educated myself on my cycle and trained around it
🥗 I stopped guessing with food and started fuelling myself properly
🏋🏽‍♀️ I followed a split that worked for my body and my goals

And most importantly; I created a plan I could actually stick to. Not just chased a number on the scale⚖️

The evidence is right there- the results don’t have a choice🙌🏽

This is EXACTLY what I help other women do, because I know how it feels🩷

Training hard, eating well and still not seeing change? DM me “CHANGE” for a FREE consultation on how to gain results like this 🤍

PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS🙌🏽

Finally being recognised as a full body, hormonal and metabolic condition, much more than ovarian “cysts”!

Hopefully women will stop getting told to just take Metformin or “improve their lifestyle”🫠

📌 Save this and send it to someone who needs to see it!

Two sessions. A full house. One incredible community. 🔥

WE ARE SOTA x KO Shred took over Address Beach Resort, and the energy was something else.

From the early morning sweat to the beach, ice baths and all the moments in between, this was about so much more than a workout.

To everyone who showed up and made this morning what it was, THANK YOU! 💚

And if you missed this one, trust us, you’ll want to be part of the next.

Join WE ARE SOTA. We’re just getting started. 👀

I’ve been quiet on here for a hot minute with little to no explanation…

The truth is, not everything you see on social media is a true representation of what’s going on behind the scenes. I didn’t want to come on and pretend like I was thriving, because I definitely wasn’t❤️‍🩹

And honestly, I felt guilty for struggling. Because how do you justify not being okay when you’ve just moved to Dubai?

I felt stuck. In denial that a chapter had ended, one where I’d gained friendships that felt like family. But at some point you have to follow your gut and what you know is right.

The last few months have taught me more about resilience and what actually matters than anything else in my life so far.

Growth isn’t always about becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s about finding your way back to yourself.

And if you’re worried about starting something or going after what you want:
You don’t have to know everything before you start. Walk as far as you can see and when you get there, you’ll be able to see more.

This is just the beginning 🤍

📲 DM me 🙋🏽‍♀️ to be the first to know about what’s coming!
